These guys are fantastic! I phoned them before coming , upon arriving, and Jordan at the Kedzie location looked after me immediately. He has been very courteous whilst finishing the task, and was quick with taking care of my keys. Got me a water conversation. I'll guarantee call those guys, if I am ever locked out. Thank you!!

Needed to have a few keys duplicated on a Sunday so we found this place and looked for the locksmith that was open. As soon as we opened the door, someone stepped out to help out us.

It is -20 degrees before windchill. I moved to take the moment and my dog out I heard the door latch behind me I realized my keys just within the door sat on the entertainment centre. Luckily one of my neighbors was passing by and allow me to call a locksmith on his mobile phone. 20 minutes after Josh showed up in his marked van with an arm full of tools! 2 minutes after he'd popped the door open without causing any harm.
I can't thank Josh or The Professional Locksmith Team enough for their efforts in maintaining myself and my dog safe from the cold. He was great and considerate to speak to as well, helping keep the situation calm around my own dog. On top of all that, they charged me a speed that is sensible and didn't take advantage of this situation. I know who I will call if I want a locksmith.

I had my box changed and that I chose this company because they were the least expensive of the companies that were locksmith that were personal and they had a locksmith change the lock and immediately ready to come to my building. I bought my mailbox from house Depot and the locksmith completed his job in 20 min.

I would strongly suggest this thoroughly and fast professional support in the Chicagoland area to anyone!

I swear I will never, though I vow to always check before leaving home again, EVER call another locksmith EVER! All these people do not add stress to an already stressful situation and know precisely what they're referring to! David left the door, the trim, or the lock with no damage and was absolutely amazing.
We known as a locksmith and had been locked out of this apartment on a Saturday night. He took approximately 2 hours to achieve (after promising to achieve 20 minutes) and then attempted to get us for approximately 40 minutes with no luck (how shocking, should have guessed this by the low pricing, no warranty coverage, along with also his lack of any professional attire, if you don't telephone saggy jeans and exposed fighters professional apparel ). Anyways, on Sunday morning, however locked out of the apartment, we phoned The Professional Locksmith and they shipped us a person (his name is David) in approximately 6 minutes. He was fine, friendly, and successful. It took him about 2 and a half minutes to get us through the door! The price was fair and the hassle entry back home was priceless! And he had been dressed which assisted us feel better about somebody.

Super helpful and quick! It is suitable although it not economical to acquire a lock installed on two doorways but.

Jordan and hugo are amazing! They worked to ensure we had the correct keys and also to have a great customer experience and were so kind. And best of all, they are pretty cheap with keys! Surely will be forwarding all lock needs vs Home Depot!

Don't hire these men, they install gear that is faulty. I brought them into rehabilitation the intercom/door buzzer system on my 4-unit construction. They did this task --replaced wiring, place in a speaker, spruced up the machine to the tune of $562. Okay, a decent amount of cash but the machine needed work. However, four weeks later (to the day)the same problems returned. Called them backagain. The technician found the problem speaker--$207. I called the office and was told"hey, you signed the receipt the previous time that says just 60-day warranty. We'll provide you a loyal customer reduction that is 10%. That is the best we can do." Loyal? I believe not. The tech guy was fantastic, the company wasn't. Their gear lasted. 20 years, the prior equipment lasted. Sayonara.

A screw had inserted itself in my own deck doorway which makes it impossible to open. Mario painstakingly tried everything in his bag of tricks to find that door opened. He worked and worked and made me a believer.

I needed 4 locks so I sent ask for quotations to be re-keyed using a turnaround. This company called me back and we were able to schedule a tech to come in the next morning.
They have a vast selection of hours (I requested an early appointment at 7:45am) and Mario, the locksmith, called 10 minutes before coming to confirm the address. He came on time, was comprehensive, and professional.

Outstanding! I locked myself. And foremost and first they arrived to help me out. Bobby came to my rescue. He was considerate and very pleasant and willing to help me anyway he could without drilling my lock. Just so everybody understands, to drill a lock will be about 200 dollars or alittle over than that! He kept choosing since he needed to save money it to avoid that at all cost. On top of it the company honors yelp coupons to save clients money so ask them during your service! Also ask for Bobby!

I had a beautiful experience! In their coordinator Heather to my mist accommodating technician team! I must see Josh, since we waited to get a new part for my lock! He was times, prompt, knowledgeable and professional! This provider is highly recommended by me!

Desperately, we reached out another construction mate for assistance, and she contacted The Professional Locksmith team. Heather, from the workplace, texted with me to affirm ownership/residency, facilitate the appointment set-up (within half an hour of talking!!!) , and assist with payment choices that are electronic. Our construction mate was to meet with TPL proprietor, who assisted with this job given the urgency.
Everything was accessible and repaired. The stress of the ordeal was made more manageable with this corporation. They have been problem-solving empathetic, courteous and efficient.
Imagine hearing out of your sitter and being 8,000 miles in Africa away from home on holiday he's locked out of your apartment, which means that your fur babies went over 24-hours without water & food.

AAAAAAhhhhhhmazing. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Avishay reaches out within minutes with up pricing. It wasn't a problem the exact same day, to come out and also the scheduling fella was super nice and accommodating. Our locksmith, david, was DYNAMITE. Our canister fast and then aligned the lock which no locksmith has been able to do within the 14 decades of living here was actually replaced by him. Miracleworker! He tweaked a little issue with the front door which was likely no big deal to him... however HUGE to us. My kids where my and inquisitive 5 son year super wanted to become BFF's and he was sweet and engaging together. Again 10 !

Heather and david rekeyed my door handleset with notice that is really short! All I did was phone ahead and within 15 minutes that they had been helpful and provided excellent service!!!

Our three condo building had several door and intercom issues that needed fixing. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to schedule someone to come out the following day. Mario arrived Saturday and he got to perform after walking him. He repaired our buzzer system that had been not able to open our front door for months, transferred the latching mechanism on our door so we no longer needed to jam the handle to really get the door to close and mended our storage room door which couldn't be locked without propping up the door . Mario was professional, lovely and fast to deal with. He did not charge us and solved all three issues in about an hour. Great company to work with and would highly recommend them!
