Sean and his firm are SCAM artists. Bait and switch tactics are used by them and should you complain, then threaten to remove the locks. We were charged what we should have been charged. He provided an receipt and many calls to his office were never returned. They are frauds who supply discounts for great reviews. Before using them, Take a look at the complaints with the Better Business Bureau

Update: I wrote the above review to get fifteen dollars off a service fee that is ridiculous. These folks are horrendous and do not deserve your business. The pushy locksmith that came to my home fixed it temporarily, but later that afternoon the lock broke and I had been locked out , as a result of his so called"fix". I called back to get someone to repair his mistake, and they said they would charge me to get someone out there. I opted for the choice of kicking my door in.

They're SCAMMERS!! Much sketchier, the locksmith had me Venmo the $300 charge to his spouse... c'mon man.

I utilized their services and paid the fee because I had done my research and was desperate, but hopefully I can help. Please think the bad reviews - They are taking advantage of people or deserve your money or service.
Like other Yelp reviewers, I was quoted $60 by the girl on the telephone, but ended up paying to return to my apartment!! Apparently $60 is the"minimum" amount it requires to get in to a locked MAILBOX, but still doesn't explain the way my fee jumped into a minimum of $150 and then ultimately $300. I paid 5x the quoted fee. RIP OFF!!

SHADY!!!When I called, the girl said it'd be fee plus $45 for its service. So in total I must have been paying $60. Since it appeared sensible I agreed.
He texted his boss who told him to charge $80. It was paid by me since I wanted my keys and already waited nearly one hour.
Find another place!
Got wanted someone to rapidly come out to receive my keys out of my trunk and locked out of my car.
Once the guy came, he explained that I would be getting billed over $100. I told him he said that she was brand new and what the girl on the telephone stated and would speak with his boss. I must have read the yelp testimonials since this which makes me believe this woman is definitely not new was said by others.

scam. They bait and switch, I ended up paying 3 times what I had been nominated, and the technician had been drunk. 3 months after no one there will return my phone call. Wonder why?

When talking to a manager at the firm I was compensated by them and made me complete. In a world of technology it is easy to be the first to throw stones although perhaps my first post was a bit harsh.

Unless you were locked out, would you call a locksmith? Apparently, the $ 35 quoted varies when your front door is seen by your locksmith.

It is a strategy that is shady and we felt just like Sean and the performance are dishonest. We paid the commission. Reluctantly. Since we were locked out ( again, WHY would you call a locksmith?) . Sean, I hope you and your teammates can live with yourselves understanding you're taking advantage of people in need.

Sean was the He was very professional and arrived quickly. Before he stepped into the home, he immediately took off his shoes and was very observant. He had to get a role and drove to Long Beach and came back to make sure we were protected and safe . I would certainly recommend using Sean.

I have been calling them for 6 months. Each time I call, the manager isn't there and suddenly they never have technician accessible. Since my car has been in an collision, Now I was told by them if they encounter, they will charge me for a new key. I told them the key did not work for the 3 months before the accident occurred. They're definitely and I'm taking them. They catch your money and do not care if their solutions were powerful or not. So bad as I wonder they abused the exact same manner they did.

Only had the experience. Locked my keys. Did not realize it til I got home. Called them and stated I urgently need to get into my apt as I have a dog that needs taken out to be fed and taken care of. This was at 2:37am. The woman I spoke with said the locksmith would be ready in 20-30min. The woman remarked it had been the occupation took so long and would check in with the locksmith and have him call me. ANOTHER hour went by and so I phoned yet again to find out what was going on (4:37am). She stated that the locksmith should've called to let me know he had been on the road and had finished and gotten gasoline and cried. Eventually around 5:20am he showed up. . .in street clothing (no uniform or alternative indicator concerning the company ) with somebody else who he introduced as a trainee. . .both seemed as if they had been at their 20s. They kept asking my dawn do. I said I've been awaiting 2.5 hours...I've been better. He believed I JUST called them . His boss was known as by the trainee while the man tried to unlock my door. He had been on the telephone. Decided $130 cash $135 card payment. At this time they tried to get at the door, neglected, and informed me it had been the fault of this lock. They stated they'd have to split in or run through the lock. I said'. You're not doing this. I will get somebody else do it right.' At that point they stated they'd have to charge me a cancellation fee. Now, I'm shaking. I've waited hours. They could not get in my door. They had been completely unprofessional. And now they wanted to charge me anyhow. With no actual service rendered. After contending with them I called the company and walked off. The same woman apologized profusely for my experience and stated she would be willing to bill me HALF the cancellation fee...$15 rather than $30....ummm exactly what?? And she suggested that I VENMO her?!?! What?!?! I denied and she said that's fine, she had to at least attempt to collect. The experience was so shady, uncomfortable, unprofessional and I'm sitting on the road in my car locked from my apt with my dog still indoors. Waiting 7am to get in touch with another locksmith. Unbelievable.

Thank God for Eddie because he took the part to his store came on time, and had it fixed and ready for re-install the SAME DAY! As Eddie was punctual, courteous, good in problem solving, and supplied a fast service for a price, I highly recommend the services of this company.
I had a problem with an sliding door lock. The manual was not provided online, and the lead time from the manufacturer for parts was 10 weeks due to this holiday season! I was worried, and that I thought to call a professional locksmith.

And guess what . ? Just on time 20min after

I was given an receipt - so asked and asked to get a legible receipt. The individual answering said he would not take my petition and refused to have a message, then he wrapped when I made a follow up telephone.

Evidently, West Hollywood Locksmith is a fly by night company that tries to cut corners by tricking clients with work. Avoid this company like the plague!! So nobody else gets suckered in, I learnt it the hard way and am posting this now.
Sean had urged me to give him a good review when he left my home after his'repair' the first time. Not knowing how bad his work would turn out to be, I consented and instantly wrote a review of his work. I give them less than a one star if that's possible.
Unfortunately. My gate lock malfunctioned. Sean's repair work was shoddy. I called the manager Danny and he said that he would send somebody the next day to repair my gate issue. So now, Seoul the tech guy that is second from West Hollywood Locksmith ends up. He does some repair and demands an additional $200. I ask him to show me that the gate lock works. Surprise! - when we attempt, that the gate still does not lock. I tell Seoul till he does the repair I can not pay him. Instead of admitting that he cannot solve the matter, Seoul loses his temper. He takes his drill and RIPS off the new striker that I'd paid for yesterday and leaves off with it in his car - incredible! That is THEFT and VANDALISM!! I called the police, they came to my home asap and they're gonna explore into West Hollywood Locksmith since they've received many complaints about them .
Unfortunately, West Hollywood (or even 24/7 Locksmith as they also call themselves) overcharged and extorted cash out of me and delivered bad service. I am forced to pay again for another brand-new lock program for my gate. Worse, I was abused by Danny when I tried to call and tell him Seoul's horrible behaviour.
West Hollywood Locksmith is your worst scumbag on the market. I happened to call them because the lock on my primary gate not locked properly for previous 3 days. West Hollywood Locksmith delivered me their tech guy, Sean. He recommended and set up and I paid him in money for $250 for labour, parts and another $150 for a brand new gate knob.

Sean was wonderful! Very fast, efficient and friendly support. Was in and out . Called and over 25 minutes was at my door. Highly suggest West Hollywood locksmith.
