Frank's Lock & Key

Frank's came and saved us when we locked the door from the house to the garage and had no way to get the children after a long day at work. Most places were closed or weren't willing to come help although I told them that people had 3 children locked out together with us, Since it was later work.
So thankful for the response and resolution. We could get our children safely after a short wait for Frank in the home. And the fees were fair as well. Thank you!

If you consider going elsewhere, allow me to stop you there. Frank, this guy, is the major thing. He's quick, smart, and trustworthy. He saw the issue arrived, and knew what to do. There were a few hiccups, but due to wits and his dedication he managed to address the issue and help us. Frank is the guy, although our management could not help us at all and has been crappy. He is friendly and only honestly a guy that knows what he's doing. He has a flat rate fee which companies don't and it is the best. Please do your self a favor and reserve Frank for your locked door problems.

Today lost my keys and Frank came into the rescue. Had my door and came before his estimated time unlocked minute. Hope I never need to use his service again but when I got locked again...I am calling Frank.

Last weekend moves and needed a locksmith to fix my lock. Frank was right in my neighborhood. I called him Yelp's app and he gave me a quotation over the telephone. I consented and he had been at my home less than half an hour later. He also fixed my lock in 15 minutes. This was amazing as that day I had to do. I commend fix and Frank response time. I'm glad there is a locksmith in my region.

When my toddler insisted on opening the door to my storage space that took 15 unsuccessful moments until I actually opened the door myself, then REALLY insisted on keeping the keys and putting them in his pocket. The result was lost keys... The battle was actual. I wanted to avoid a toddler tantrum. The difficulty was that when my mom brain recalled, I forgot to take the keys out of his pocket and the next day, the keys were not any where to be found.
Before determining that this was the place for me to get my door I called about 6 locations. While this place has been nearly half that cost A place in San Mateo cost $120. The next day, a dude came out and over 15 seconds, opened my door. Badda boom, badda bing! Thankful because the project would have cost me nearly twice I didn't go elsewhere.
In general, professional, on time (simple to have a quick appointment scheduled) and fantastic price in comparison to other sellers.

Frank was very helpful and responded immediately. He was able to fix the ignition cylinder of my dad day came within one hour of the call and answered all our questions and concerns! He's friendly and quite knowledgeable! I will def recommend his services and will keep him in mind for any upcoming locksmith issues!

As for me, I lost my keys as well and Frank was on-site within minutes to help me not only find a new key and get into my car - but in addition, he followed me and re-keyed my doorways! Talk about customer support! I was able to tend to my activities. :)

I will keep Frank's Lock & Key number in my pocket, in case I find myself at some situation in an area where he does service, because this is not the very first lock or key dilemma I have had. Most of us know how that goes
Frank responded straight away and professionally and I want to know that he did not have anyone available to service my area. I let him know if he noticed that he said I'd gotten through most of it already, and that I had tried to dismantle the deal myself and he offered to walk me through the remainder. Sigh, sigh! Frank was there to save the day , although I thought I was going to need to go for a locksmith that would come to the shore onto a needle in a haystack hunt to assist me!

Frank's Lock & Key is really the BEST! They deserve five strong stars! I called Frank this morning after my five year old daughter decided it will be a good idea to lock my master bath door. There's not any method to open it in the outside of the doorway so that I was locked outside. (Grrrrrr...) Along with this, the electrical heat was left on in the bathroom which is a fire hazard. As it's my bathroom, all my getting-ready-for-the-day woman items that are important were inside there! (blowdryer, cosmetics, etc. ) - you know, the super important things in existence:-RRB-. Bottom line is, it's only a bathroom, but I needed to get in there pronto.
Frank is an honest, kind, trustworthy person and I'd recommend his services. He's said, sorry I do not service your area and left me on my own, but he did not. He did what he could to help. That type of generosity is what makes this world go round!

Before it was time to visit PROM so she could recover her shoes and apparel I needed a person on a Friday night to open my daughter's closet door. The deal fell off and it was locked shut. The very first locksmith quoted 250.00 and said they would have to drill the lock to get it out (I had sent a pic). I known as Frank and opted to make a second call. He was here over the hour and had the lock fixed at that time too the lock. I won't use anyone else from here on out...!

Having trouble? Call Frank! He promptly showed up the next day, worked with me to fit my schedule. My mailbox secured itself. It but it did. He was able to get it open and take where we discovered the workings of the problem the inside cover . A lever of some sort. It's an old mailbox, 2004 ETL, but these supposedly last. A backup unlocking alternative is which involves. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to get a smith onto it. In a nut shell, he took out the lock and hopefully I will be getting a new one. Problem solved. Call Frank if you'd like professional assistance and a fast response!

Frank arrived in less than 10 mins and managed to get me in my house in about 20 mins (that was quicker than driving all the way to Sacramento to get my spare key). AND to illustrate another example why people gave him 5 Stars, we just found out that my 95 year old Father in Law and my spouse's 90 year old Mother are Frank's Penninsula's neighbors and before today (Sunday) they could not get in their house. Frantic, they known as Frank. He came over and in a couple of minutes solved the issue AND to exemplify how he does business! If help was needed by your elderly parents, Only think. Frank is well worth every STAR. I wish we can give him 10 STARS! He is a guy who is trusted and that good and that is important at a locksmith. Frank was the most caring and helpful although we predicted a highly rated locksmiths. We saw his 5 Star rating and thought we'd give him a try. (Thanks to YELP and the other reviewers.
