The entire procedure took 20 minutes complete. I was also told several times that"attempting my broken secret wouldn't do anything" and"I should just let him drill", which had been said before he explained the total. 2 stars because they got me in to my house, but I'd find another locksmith if I were you.
This company when contacted concerning the guarantee, after the lock stopped working, charges parts and a service fee and labour to correct what they messed up. An additional fee for the city. Very rude and client service was really eating while talking about the telephone to me!
