I have used Bill's on numerous occasions for duplications, and locks that were changing; rather straightforward stuff. On my last visit they blew my mind. I had a Saab 900. Bill's had the Saab particular important blanks, which were no longer made. They then cut a key according to a code which I got out of the dealer (who couldn't get me a secret ). The keys functioned perfectly, which is more than I could say for the rest of the automobile.
They have been used by us for our HOA and there are much better options in Phoenix. They're overpriced, not quite prompt, and they appear to have a terrible attitude.
The keys work, but the man or woman is rude, discourteous, and thinks he's all that and a bag of chips! How about studying the word"customer support"! Evidently, it's lacking in the employee manual of this place!
A Tempe gem. Keep your big box hardware store self in check if you visit this business that is little. These people are from key business and the lock if you want someone to point you around a air conditioned shopping center. You need a key need a lock have a lock or need a fix then this is your location. Straight answers charges for work done right, and done.
Wow, came they offered a service that just cost me $15 plus here ready to buy a $80 dollar lock. They've easily sold me the lock and not mention that the less rewarding alternative..Hard to come across that type of integrity and support. Give a shot next time you need key a lock to these good folks!
A little out of the way, but very friendly. Excellent service, and have every kind of key you could require. Way better than going to any other hardware or Ace shop to have it done. Was looking for a key that's not uncommon and these guys were the only ones that I could find that had it.
I was first greeted by two thoroughly annoying and trained dogs that were barking. Next, I was greeted by an unapologetic, unfriendly woman who advised me that they"do not cut other people's crucial blanks". They would happily cost me $30 to get a brand new one (my sterile cost $30 ). I shall take my business to somebody who actually wants it. This was hands down the worst company I have seen in 2015.
Bearing this to the girls at Bill's created an interesting situation--they refused to cut on my crucial asserting that it could hurt their cutter ($300 wheel) since they did not understand what the crucial blank was made out of. I inquired whether they had a copy they could utilize . If they had been to order a dupilcate, whare could they get it, I inquired? (Expected response - OEM--like I had in my hands...)No reply, only reiteration of"it is a $300 cutter".
So...I went over to have a key made. Not only ANY crucial. The dealers charge around $70 bucks to get a brand new one and because few locations stock the type, I OEM blank directly from the manufacturer-at about $15 and had ordered. I had been willing to pay up to another $10 just to get it cut.
Guess who just got a group of consumer service celebrities! NOT BILL'S!
They have been used by me over time, and they proceeded to the location a couple of years back. And they were efficient and prompt, if somewhat pricey. Been some time since I wanted anything locksmithy...
Precisely the story. . .and they cut the key. For FREE. Works perfectly.
Needed a secret for my Honda SH150i Scooter and appeared all over the city. Finally found this place. Like the guy said, they refused to use my blanks. But they had the blanks and cut two perfect keys in about two minutes, that work flawlessly to on me. I have never seen so many key blanks in 1 place. Chances are good they have yours.

Didn't even make it beyond the phone call. Rude and discourteous. Don't waste your time.

Courteous, fast, and resonably priced. The 5 locks changed in my house in about 20 minutes.
