On replacing the lock on my car after visiting a dealership 20, I came in to get a quote. Riley gave a precise estimate of the time and up front about the price and was helpful. The quotation was about 1/3 of the dealer price. So, I abandoned my car and within 2 hours they'd fixed the lock. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, they stated that the upkeep was easier than they anticipated. Thus, they reduce the quoted price in half (currently 1/6 of their price per the dealership) because Bob's Locks merely charges for the components and labor.
TLDR, if you are trying to fix a busted lock I highly recommend. This business is reasonable and does a great job. For the way to treat customers 11, my experience there was exemplary.

Forget Home Depot along with my favorite ACE- THIS is the place to go for quick in a very reasonable price. The men here are educated and are able to fix at a fraction of the price in time that is less than it would take for me to find over a guy to answer my queries in the big box stores. As many times as I've been, (roughly 16 at the last 6 weeks ) I've yet to have experienced a key or lock issue - I even believed I would need to"bite the bullet" and buy a new one but they were able to fix at a fraction of the price or in NO additional price.
I'm so happy to have found this company, it is my loved ones"go-to" I have recommended to everyone that I know.

Had their worker Ruben, and an excellent experience working with this company. A situation turned into a phewwwwwww moment. Ruben was individual, persistent and professional. He managed to get into our detached garage using some ideas, and kept the cost. I strongly recommend Bobs, but you have to ask Ruben, he's the BEST! You won't be disappointed!

Fast and convenient. I had a car key made out of inside grooves. This place did a great job and so were fair.
Called and talked to someone whose name I dont recall. Attempted to charge $150 to make me a brand new key in the back lock that I understand takes just 30 minutes, as ive been told so by locksmiths. Guys is a jackass was not straight forward and was rude. $150 for a plain metallic key is obnoxious. Go to harmons lock and key into mesa. Better amazing customer support and deals.
Very friendly and fast. I was locked by my dog out of my house at 120 degree heat and they were in my house in less than 30 minutes. Not more than two minutes following the locksmith got to my house, was I back in my own flat. The locksmith was very friendly believing I pulled him away from whatever he was doing on a Saturday evening. Price wasn't too bad , I just wish I didn't wind up in the scenario to start with!
