In a few minutes, the tech Isaac looked at the lock and gave me an choice to produce a key that would match the tumblers/cylinder, to which I agreed before tax to an estimate of $60. Before making two new keys which match the lock 19,, he worked on the lock for only five minutes. It was worth it, considering they would've quoted me a lock for $160, and a lock would've cost exactly the same.
Apart from the company, their store is pretty conveniently located. And I am pleased to hear they do mobile visits, since we'll probably be needing their services later on! I will certainly be using these guys again!
I phoned Bayside Locksmith since we had a door in our office which had a different key than the master, and no one seemed to have another copy. I could not find a lock that is comparable without even waiting and ordering it on line. Either way, I call Bayside and a girl answers the phone and says I can earn a visit because our office is only a few miles apart and she had a technician accessible. I was able bring it in myself and to remove the lock.

So I purchased uncut chipped key and a key fob. I bought a second car and I needed another set of keys. 6.90 out the door; he cut my new key and cloned the processor in under 1 minutes. I was out and in. As it is fresh my key is a bit tight but it worked. I was happy to get this. I was really surprised it was more economical then I believed. They do sell chips and keys as well for your vehicle. I was lucky enough to get the key that is right for my car so there wasn't an issue. You may pay more for processors and keys if you order them on line. Nevertheless, they did have a bunch of them in stock. I got to say I was very happy with the service and speedy turn around time out and in. Keep the good work up; you have a happy customer.

I wanted my house locks to be Keyed, therefore I phoned bayside locksmith. A friend recommended them so I figured give them a opportunity. Not only did they come out instantly but completed the job efficiently. They had been out and in and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company for all your locksmith needs. They also made a key for among my friends cars that lost their keys.

This one is terrible. I dont know the reason why compliments were given by people . The team (I dont know his name) is quite rude. I think he does not enjoy his work. The cost is really high (I realized that after being duped ) for cutting on my car key (not grasp key, just transponder). Never return to this location.

I was rekey-ing my house locks or in desperate requirement, and that I called Bayside. Xavier attended the telephone. He sounded very friendly and professional. It had been barbarous, but he said he didn't have a thing on the same day. I drove all the way to my new home took a few hours away from work and waited there. When I called the office, they didn't have any hint about the appointment. I had to call someone else ( who did a great job btw), to repair it.
I hate to manage men and women that are unreliable. My experience with them was awful, although from reviews looks like they do a good job. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Don't know what to say about these guys. Went in roughly a month ago to find a key made. A nice man did not have the key blank in stock helped me, took my advice and said he would call in a few days. 2 weeks after I call and find a"let me check and I'll call you back".

Useful locksmith at East Bay. These men were the first to spend the time hunt for the key blanks in their inventory to help me and offer some tips after calling 10 shops. Great service, lifesavers. Highly recommend!

I didn't have an appointment with these people, I stopped by their shop to get some locks rekeyed. Well, a few joneser returned it to Home Depot and snaked the tumbler out of one of those doorknobs I purchased and I didn't notice, so they could not rekey that you obviously. Then they knocked the fee for one of those locks they did do the tab off, and offered to do the lock they could not do for free when I exchanged it for a good one! So I bring about the lock while I waited and they did it. Seldom do I provide people 5 stars more can you expect out of people, although the very first time?

I'd Xavier from Bayside Locksmith come outside to originally cut on a secret for my 95 Ford Explorer. noticed that I had a new ignition switch, After Xavier began to work with it. I saved $50 dealing with Bayside Locksmith and would gladly recommend them to anybody.

After calling three locations for quotes to get 5 lock re keys after a car theft I return to my call- it was the ideal choice!!
Xavier was the best. . .double assessing each lock and has been professional and efficient. This company is strongly recommended by me. Especially the tech Xavier who made it much better and took a position that is stressful.

Took time out in my Work to wait since 11am...I left my appointment 48hrs ahead of time...???

They dropped a $120 company. I perform in Largest Trauma Center Hospital in the Bay Area and Customer Service is very important in Healthcare. Money is not the problems I'd had paid $800 for my doorway but the Customer Service Provided, made me wait for 3 hours then cancel my Appointment that I made 48hrs WOW! I see over 400 people a day at my work....and I will make certain I Spend the bad information about BAYSIDE LOCKSMITH to get into Hayward community....please don't do business with them! You'll be disappointed just like my family.
At 1pm Joseph Cancelled my Appointment and called me back. WOW!!!! What a service.
That somebody will probably be at 11am at my home. . .called this morning at 1125am, they stated they'll be at my home within 30mins (involving 11am-1130am) now It's 1229pm....still no answer. Spoke in 1229pm who began the driver will probably be within next at my home with Joseph Currently waiting. . .its 1230pm. . .so let's wait if someone do appear in 30mins. . .Poor Customer Service!
I just paid someone $120 to receive my home lock.

Went to the shop to get a quote made with cut and program for my car. The man at the counter was very rude with a terrible attitude offered me a much higher cost than what the dealer fees and attempt to tell me the dealer doesn't plan the key...

I came here back to get a secret duplicated, sadly I came 20 minutes before closing time to my surprise that they were closed"early" for the afternoon. Came back the following day and the staff was rude and provided assistance.

Went to get a cost. Guy said it has to be a remote from GM or else they can not do it. If that was the case I will just go to the dealer. Plus they want an arm and a leg to get a remote. Took my remotes bought from Amazon and got em programmed from a friend who had a programmer.

I would if I could give BaySide more than five stars!
My locksmith was Xavier. I'm sure they're all great, but what stood Xavier outside in my head was his professionalism and speed. I asked him to rekey five locks for me. I also had a bothersome deadbolt that could determine if it needed to open or not! Xavier fixed this matter too.
I had a positive experience which I knew I needed to share it on Yelp.
I contacted BaySide LockSmith since they are a Diamond Certified company. I like because they go through an extensive vetting procedure, using Diamond Certified companies.

Xavier saved daily!! I manage a large retail store in the bay region. The lock on the money room broke and without access we would not have the ability the next day, to open for money transactions. I called Bayside and he promised to meet with me two hours.
As promised xavier was right on time. He was able to find the door open right away,charged EXACTLY what he had quoted at the night before,took my card information over the phone so I did not have to make a special trip in Monday morning traffic and sent my invoice via email immediately.

Xavier was frank and fair . We'd been under the belief that we only needed one re-key for two locks. He explained why we need 2, but was willing to charge . Outstanding customer service! I provide Xavier 5*, but we'd be charged for 2 locks since we weren't told by the owner.

I took in my broken doorknob meeting and rather than simply sell me a replacement that they decided the issue, fixed it and it cost me less than half of a brand new door knob!

Had a 2000 Nissan Maxima and a 1998 Honda civic with key issues. The Maxima's secret would not turn and the Honda secret stuck tremendously bad. Isaac (the owner) came out to my Honda with a could lubricant and showed me how to fix the matter and advised me to get a new key. I went home and use WD40 and did the very same thing and it began to work like new. He just charged me the cost for a single key and spent a good 30 minutes with me. Great customer service and also in new loyal customer and my situation.

Terrible. Asked to get a copy of my house key to be produced, the man spent a great 5 minutes looking at it and comparing it to the templates that were crucial they have. I take it home, try it it does not work. I look at it and it's nowhere close to the identical key.
They did although my mistake not looking there in the office because, you understand, I thought they couldn't mess up something as simple as making a copy of a secret. Go elsewhere, somewhere more professional and work with locksmiths that have.
The little office completely reeks of marijuana. Made obvious pointed out that a window. I really don't care about smoking, however, it is extremely unprofessional to have customers crammed in a workplace they've been hot boxing.
