Prompt, friendly service.
We had no cell phone, no keys. After using a neighbors telephone we made some calls to nearby Vallejo locksmiths which didn't work out (either did not answer the telephone or the connection was bad so they could not hear us). So another call was during day commute hours and this was all the way from El Cerrito to Locksmith East Bay who got a person to the house and really answered the phone!
100% recommend.
Chris introduced himself arrived and got to work. He got us then proceeded to resolve the lock. One of the nicest and most personable people I have ever had the joy of conducting business with. Thank you, Chris!

I do not even know where to begin, so I've locked out my vehicle, my poor, I called the first number I found on google and, nothing personal but I had a terrible experience, first off they arrived after 55 mins when at they phone they told me they where going to be there in 15/20 ( I'm 8 months pregnant and had a toddler with me that wasn't agreeable at all) moment I asked the woman at the phone to inform me the price she said that the only thing she could inform me at the phone was the price for the phone (because they haven't seen the lock nonetheless ) that was 19$! The guy eventually arrived ( in a really creepy automobile btw, which really didn't seem very professional to me) first thing he told me was that the telephone was 29$?!? Increased $ within one hour to 10?! When he eventually was going to begin opening that she found the code to unlocked the car without keys!! He didn't do a thing, besides my son along with make me call me to let me know he was going to be late and guess what he charged me 50$!!! Went from 19 $ to 50 $ wow 16, for doing nothing Since I didn't have cash, I checked the site where accepting cards, and they said the they tried to tell me that they accepted cash! At the conclusion they chose the card really what a nightmare I simply felt like they where making that scenario worse!! Oh I almost forgot the guy tried to say that he charged me because he could not locate my car lol so I have to pay more as you're an

I don't normally write reviews but those men deserve it. From beginning to end, definitely a 5-star expertise. To getting something booked for a locksmith, to when I originally asked a quotation, Speedy answer, these men made sure to provide an amazing experience and procedure. John came out to my location and recognized an problem and managed to replace it.
But the fun part: I asked for a brand simply because I'm quite nit picky. I talked about it to Ben and John and they were happy to replace it with a brand I was happy with, no fuss about it.

Awesome! I have been without my car for two days because of also the fact that I have been missing my keys and how busy my schedule is. I had been searching for an flexible and affordable company to come help me out. Eastbay was discovered by me and thought I should give them a try. Well after talking with the receptionist and the technician himself. I had been scheduled fast and awarded an quote. After giving me a call before they came the tech John came. And once they came they went to work and got me he key I needed and programmed.

John is great! Very fast and businesslike. I waited for a locksmith that was different to try to create my car key assembly for:30 minutes just. I got John, Following two locksmiths collapsed. He showed up with all the appropriate parts and had the key, transponder AND distant all working within 20 minutes! I strongly recommend him!!!!!

Worst feeling is waking up after having a fun ass night to realize that you've dropped your car keys. We did not have a spare and had to leave our car in the Bart parking lot. It's Sunday I figured I am not gonna have a lot of luck finding somebody to create a secret from scratch. Low and behold I called and discovered this place and got an answer straight away. John arrived to meet with me and helped me out within about 15 mins I had keys for my car. He was friendly and actually provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Since my husband had a problem with his ignition being 19, I contacted this company late last night. They were very prompt with the job and scheduled support for me! John did the job and arrived. I asked for another problem with my vehicle and he seemed into it. He tried to resolve it in any way he would and explained that it would need to be substituted. I loved how much effort he put into attempting to resolve my dilemma, although it was not necessary since it was not a difficulty. Alona and John were friendly and considerate. They did the job efficiently and very quickly. I would refer them to anybody with a locksmith problem! They gave fair quotes and prices as well as the product being justified. Thank you so much!!!

This guy is your company, good customer support responsive, on time, communicating all the way through... in case you need quick and great service give this guy a call... I just right reviews when outstanding service have to be recognized.

My dad some how broke his grasp essential within off the ignition of his Lexus suv. He was able to pull it out but now the ignition is completely gone. We want it to get the car moving asap to get renewal and a smog test. I called Locksmith Eastbay plus they came at 8 pm. Ben was able to remove the assembly and then replace the bent internal parts of the ignition. Inside an hr, we have a ignition with a new key! Job Ben!!!! You're a master of your craft. Thank you!!

Excellent service at reasonable rates. Took about 15 minutes to replace a vital fob. Cost is about 30% less expensive than dealership and they could adapt to my weekend program. Would recommend to a friend.
