Cothron's Safe and Lock

I will never use another company that is safe and lock. These guys are great. I was able to schedule and Mr Max Niel, my tech, was educated and really helpful. He answered all of my queries, was friendly and was able to help quickly.

Great guy and had a great attitude. Allow my nephew showed him the way to cut keys and go behind the counter.

Figuring out somebody vandalized our lock and that he managed to fix it straight away.

I'm sad to say for he deserves a great deal of credit, I've lost the Technicians title. We had been about 20 minutes from the house that was techs, he left it to us.
12am isn't a time to understand you've lost your key into the house.
Old tenacious door but Tech kept at it and got the job done. Fantastic attitude, nice person, and didn't seem to mind it was on a Friday night.

I have been to both places many times. They always repair it and constantly explain to me what they did and why. I only go to Cothron's.

Great and speedy customer service in Cothron's! My previous car was totaled, and the vehicle I bought arrived with roof bars that were locked without the keys. We called Cothron's and they advised us to stop on by.
Certainly recommend, and I will return for any demands!
Dom told me it had been for free, and managed to unlock the pubs within moments! As Dom stated he can make us a new pair of keys to your pubs in a minimal price we arrived back the same day.

I contacted Cothran's to alter the keys for locks that I had no keys for, to set up a few locks for the same brand of some other things and locks. Jeff, the tech, was professional, interactive and had a fantastic idea on placing one of the knobs and transferring an present lock and doorknob that has had use on the door we utilize all the time. Fantastic service keys created on site. I will use these guys again.

I attempted to use this organization but ran in an challenging person. I said I wished to get a person to reinforce my door and she said"fine" and nothing else. After a pause she asked what I meant by this and I told her I needed to get from being kicked in, the door jam reinforced. She said"fine" again and nothing else. After a long awkward silence that was second, I just hung up. It was just like pulling teeth. Since they are a locksmith business they would have some response when a client calls wanting a locksmith type service I assumed.
They may want to talk about customer service to her because she is currently losing company to them.
As there are lots of options out there, I shall take my company.

Called Cothron's because my back door lock had rusted over and I needed new keys. Jacob the technician was considerate, fast and comprehensive. He made us a new lock cut on on 3 keys at an wonderful price. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to do business together again!

Came to get a key made. Was never acknowledged by the man there behind the counter. Waiting on a guy and woman ahead of me. Got here at 8:50 and it's 9:15. Kevin is slow. And on top of that he's impolite.

I will bring the key back in and speak to Dom who was the person who programmed the secret for me when it was bought by me from your shop. He had great customer support, unlike Ken.
I sent you an immediate message for you yesterday to your answer of my review, but have not heard back from you.
Will offer an upgrade to review as soon as I receive a resolution in any event.

As I stated, I never asked for a refund. I needed the key replaced or fixed. Not 1 time did Ken offer any of these options.

WARNING!!! Do not go to the Round Rock place unless you like getting screwed by a few clowns Kevin cut me a copy key and once I got all the way home to test it out it did not work I phoned up and he claimed that he warned me the key was to worn out and also that I had to remove my door lock mechanism to deliver it so he could fix it that its not to hard to do he made every up excuse possible finally after a heated heated conversation the best he could do is repay my money after destroying a new chipped key so I had to push all the way back into round stone to consume a screwed up crucial and get a crappy refund with no apologies. Thanks for nothing! 0 star inspection all the way

The first key was cut effectively. I tried the key. It did not work in the tailgate or door lock. Probably never opened using a secret. The ignition was powerful.

Called to laser for quote clip Chevy key. $160.00... took it to Covert at Hutto $10.00. Check other sources you will rip off.

I'm rather impressed by Cothron's service. I called because the latch wouldn't come from the strike plate; my doorway was completely unusable. I spoke about it to a lady and I expected to need to make an appointment at the end of next week or the week. He was able to take the old door knob , freeing my doorway and about 45 minutes after Jack was at my door and set up the door knob. I was so happy! I tried reaching out to somebody else in Round Rock and this experience was not pleasant. Cothron's has been in Round Rock for many years and should be everyone's go to place for assistance with lock issues. They're the earliest and they're the very best!

After trying the stores that are Big around Round Rock this area was my last resort. Had Kevin create me 5 keys, and BOOM!!! Each of them worked! . Kevin managed to explain why all keys would not work for me and had me try there keys and offered to take a peek at my deadbolt for issues that are possible. Professional and very courteous, would certainly recommend to anybody having difficulty obtaining keys.

Sold a safe that was thick and desired it moved. They did not scratch the floors showed up on time, and were very attentive. The cost was reasonable too! Nice to have an expert once you need one.
