They're behind the Braintree Cooperative Bank near the Shell on Washington Street. They give you 10% off to get an order of $25 or more services merchandise.
The man had my two keys achieved in a couple of minutes.
It appears that someone's home and it is in the basement.
I thought the service and goods were good. $3.50 a big/special key and $40 to get a 2-key lockbox. If you discover their website
This was my first and sadly will be my last adventure with Bay State Locksmith. Waited over an hr and that I called the dispatcher twice and he said the locksmith was on his way but no contact against the anticipated locksmith. I advise that you seek the services of a different locksmith who is able to call the customer and let them know your eta because it is not a method to do organization and is responsive. They came in 15min and I called another locksmith and finished the job.
It was rude. . .and the quote wound up being 40% higher than a rival.
I called to get a quote and a time for an emergency lockout. On if it was a good deal, I had to confer with my hostess and was advised to call somebody else.
Fares, the technician, gave a speed that is great and was friendly and considerate!
I'm very Satisfied with Bay State Locksmith. I called to have the locks in my house rekeyed. Fares came out over 2 hours of me calling. He completed the job and had been considerate and friendly. The price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend them.
I am not certain how to examine these people. The process and my locks operate was somewhat odd but I am really mad because they charged me over twice the price that is quoted. That's $200 rather than $94.
Problem is, I was told I need to take it up but that I needed to pay it and had been charged more than double the quoted cost. I pointed out that the first guy hadn't mentioned anything greater than a possible $30 difference. (Or, instead, my boyfriend did, just to get the guy to leave.)
I could not get email or any phone call back and contacted the office. I was not nearly as adamant as I could have been (I felt uneasy becoming competitive with a diehard, sketchy locksmith company that knows where I live.) But I certainly made my problems known and they chose to ignore me. Boo!
Are a great deal of great reviews that are questionable and that should tell you something.
I was kinda hustled into an appointment and called to get a quotation. I know, I know... but the quotation was based on what the handyman said the occupation would cost so ok, fine. On Friday morning, the first employee took the locks realized he did not possess the part to complete the job and set the locks. He said that he would do it although that more would be normally cost $30 by this part. That occurs. But when I went to leave, the deal fell apart in my hands. Many, many hours later, they delivered another employee to repair the deal who was really able to perform the job that the first guy could not. Great, right?
Gave me a great price, and it was coupled with fantastic service. Getting locked out is a drag, but they made it painless as possible.
