Please be aware. I was told $40 apartment chhttps://support.google.com/plus/answer/2622999?hl=enarge from the dispatch service, and then the tech tried to charge me $189 after he had fully destroyed my door knob by drilling a hole through it. I still do not understand why he couldn't have helped us unlock using a pick or a key because the lock wasn't complex at all (I later checked online and it said that this was the easiest and cheapest solution). He wanted to scam us out of money by stating he'd charge us an additional $50 to help us replace a door knob. He then later said he was charging us a greater amount because he needed to go through an extra security gate to get to our home and that this was an"annoyance" for him. He threatened to call the police several times when we simply tried to determine why he was charging us much money. He would not tell so that we could let his boss know what support he provided his name when we asked for it to us. Overall, this company was terrible.
