I visit a few of good reviews here, but they obtained the service or merchandise. Challenge those crooks for refund on a botched project? THE CLAWS COME OUT and it is like you are currently doing business with tatted gangbangers up.

Oh, and I DID let them know I will be TAKING my own 400 back in legal nondestructive pranks against their business enterprise and its employees until I feel 400 dollars worth of amusement has transpired.
So, I paid 400 for it and have a useless key, and also A to Z is nice doing their business like this.
1 star is far too much. I'd known as A to Z Locksmith having a keyfob for the 2009 ctsv. The guy on the phone assured me that is was the one that had a key that pulled outside. He couldnt get the programmed, After the tech came. I said I would have Cadillac take action and sent him. Cadillac informs it didnt have the physical key pullout and me was sold the incorrect key. I called A to Z. Just wanting to understand the shop's hours so that I could return the key and have my 400 cash back. (dont EVER cover cash to any service business, utilize credit so that you can challenge if they perform unethical business with you). I had NO CLUE that there would be an problem with a refund, I was concerned with what time I might come by. No refunds are said by the man on the phone. I tell him that the reception doesnt state that, I feel I was fraudulently dealt with because they offered me the key. I paid for a 2009 CTSV key and my Cadillac seller said"that is the wrong key, it doesnt even have the pull out"
They are the best! If I could give 6 stars I would. I would not be helped by other locksmiths. Bmw wanted me to spend $400 and wait for a week to get a key. Merlin went beyond and above. I am thankful for this company and Melvin!
