Verrazano Locksmith

I needed to have a friend's apartment rekeyed once he passed away and locks replaced. So I hunted on Yelp, I am not from the region and did not have a recommendation that is neighborhood. After verifying with Duane on the telephone, we set a while and he kept in touch, even provided to match separate locks with one . He arrived on time and billed significantly less than his quote as he was able to keep one of those locks that didn't require replacement. Duane is professional and honest and knows his stuff. Made an extremely sad situation not as stressful. Thank you Duane!

The Man Wasn't friendly at all I called and he said this Isn't a shop even though it was answered Verrazano locksmith Quite strange

The individual who wrote the answer saying that I am not their client is the person who ripped me off. He's NOT sorry and HE was the individual who rang my doorbell as when the entire world was gonna end. Then he responds, claiming I'm sorry following calling me names. He's a con artist. I'm reporting this review to yelp and I am reporting this company to the city agency that governs companies that are similar along with the BBB. And he rated the review funny, as if ripping off people is amusing, and that is really all you need to know about the enterprise.

Duane is our locksmith at our home and at businesses for a long time. He has gone above and beyond in explaining lock options and has always been honest and very beneficial. I won't utilize any locksmith!

When my front door handle started falling off I had been in my apartment a month. My flat management firm contracted Verrazano Locksmith to help resolve my issue. Duane contacted me and put up an appointment on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. Duane was friendly and the service he provided was excellent. He replaced my lock with a mortise entrance lock. He did the work right despite my Brooklyn door and took his time. I appreciated his attention and that he did not rush through the project to ensure the locks were working . I'll be using his services again. Thanks Duane.

The guy hung up on me and advised me to call someone else... there's plenty means to say that professionally if you can not perform a job. What a jerk.

Notice, the private properties don't have any affiliation;'ve been serviced by, Verrazano Locksmith, Inc.. Upon contact; ask to, cease activity, Mr. Quinn advises home owners,"I'll do whatever the fuck I want to do!"

Dwayne was prompt in answering my request. Professional service and attitude. This was a Memorial Day weeekend, we had been locked because of a mechanism within our door lever outside of our home. Dwayne got us in the home in less than 10 minutes and came armed with the tools. Amazing guy!

Used the lock at the flat door to alter. Duanne was knowledgeable considerate and prompt. He made an excellent recommendation to alter the cylinder and the entire lock, which saved money and time. Job was done to the greatest expectations, and I highly recommend his services.

Prompt and very helpful. Came out on short notice and provided the service that I looked for. When I was in Bay Ridge, I used them back.

Don't come out to help me broke off at the deadbolt as a result of cold. None of them worked, although Whoever called me back offered some ideas for getting the door unlocked. He said he could not/would not come since he did not wish to lose his parking spot.

So I called this place, I wanted to change the lock to my apartment. Duane was very fast he came back the next to change the locks and subsequently came to give a free quote. Even the process of the lock being changed by him was quickly. He was really professional and efficient.

Got locked out of my apartment on a Friday evening. The locksmith arrived in 20 minutes and my door was open within 2 minutes. I appreciated their speedy and service.

Jerks. They leave sticker crap throughout your construction they are stickering their ads with. That discount for constructing property should rule them out!

Duane was not only instant so it was an easy process, nicest man, but he worked around my schedule, he fixed two unrelated issues on my stairs in my house, the screen door and the lose carpet with no charge. Would recommend him!

I am unable and have never written a Yelp review before to write a one. Considering I called this company based on the good reviews, I needed to explain why I am giving one star to this company. I had been locked out of my apartment at about 2am. I live in an upstairs apartment from my landlord, who is on vacation and that I am also pet. My friend gave me the number to a locksmith company using a 24 hour crisis support. Someone came out and couldn't get the lock open without drilling. I couldn't ask her for permission and since it is my landlords house, I could not give them the green light . It's then I appeared another company and found, Verrazano Locksmith. I found they were a local company, had years of knowledge and had great reviews. Their reviews said they had emergency support and exceptional tools. I called and was ruined. The man on the phone did not give me any time. He explained that my expertise with the previous locksmith"did not occur" because drilling is,"a last resort" While I was attempting to explain further, he advised me to never call back again and hung up. Then my husband attempted to phone and he did not pick up. My husband and I needed to resort to waiting until neighbors got home to let us through a fire escape that is mutual.

I would HIGHLY suggest Verrazano Locksmith for their 25+ years experience, their command of their trade as well as the personable and friendly approach of the way they conduct business, and all for a very fair.
I was in need of a late night emergency and the owner himself made a home visit to help with a last minute urgent lock change before I needed to turn my keys in and leave my apartment. After calling additional"locksmiths" in the area that were really asking ME to Google how to eliminate the specific lock (some thing I might have done ), Verrazano Locksmiths not only knew EXACTLY what to do but were so knowledgable that he managed to visually distinguish my lock from old versions of the brand I had installed.
