I was having a morning and among the priorities became getting my door lock altered. I shopped around and other places wanted to inform me a quote ranging all of the way to 200 etc.. I just wanted what I discovered when I called ASAP; a lead price, a completely realistic price (and affordable), and they were here at 25 minutes and out at less. Super fine too!! Definitely recommend! Their title doesnt do justice but it's a fantastic start. Thank guys!

To make a long story spent $275 for keys and has been told if it was not the secret they replace the tumblers and would emerge. 1 week later lock not working, he arrived back tried again to no avail. Want more money to fix tumblers

What a great experience I had with Joseph! I was stressed out when I locked myself. I called this service and I had been back my own locksmith, to Joseph. He walked me through all of the choices of replacing my lock and had been friendly. I would certainly use him again when I got locked out.
Overall, Joseph was professional, showed up on time, and got the job done. But, my one complaint was that the rekeying's purchase price was more than double the quoted price. I can know if the cost went up based on the kind of lock, etc, but more than twice (nearer to 2.5x) felt a little deceptive.

I had an emergency need for my locks to be changed. Joseph who runs the organization and requested his services was contacted by me. He informed me it wouldn't be an issue to appear and change my locks. I called others for price quotes and found other people available and cheaper but went with him because I scheduled an appt and he said he'd price match. 5pm came and went. No word out of him and he did not show up. Called times. No response. Regardless of who this unknown number was and a text if it had been him. I find out it's him and he can not make it because his car has taken. Absolutely unprofessional. I told him to send an employee because this was urgent and his reply was"this is a 1 man show." Ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional. Poor small business. If you want a firm, look elsewhere.
I had been confronted with a crisis that required a locksmith as soon as possible. I had called several and was quoted a price of $50. None of these may come. When I called ASAP he explained he could be right there and was 5 minutes away. I was so relieved! He showed up and I could see he was not as experienced as I hoped but he muddled through (had to recharge his drill while I waited). I nearly fainted, when the bill was presented by him! He had been charging triple what another locksmiths fee for the simple task of cutting a lock. Including recharging his drill, it took 15 minutes. I think he took advantage of my need to have the task done because he can, and gouged me. Entirely a bad experience - I felt cared for and expect no one else uses them without verifying that they will not be charged $160 to get a occupation that is $50 by them!
I was on a holiday and got a call that the latch wouldn't turn on the front door. I called and spoke to Joseph and that he came over immediately to help her. He explained everything to me and we ended up needing to replace a part, sent photos and fixed it in a acceptable and timely method. He made sure that the pet sitter managed to get in the door with no difficulty until he left and waited. His support is truly appreciated by me and could call him if I require a locksmith!
I had an emergency re-key at my house in Encinitas on 4th of July evening....Joseph using ASAP Lock and Key reacted within the hour and quickly changed three tumblers and substituted with a mailbox key. It was pricey, but I expected it to be for an emergency re-key on a vacation night. Joseph completed his work quickly and was very considerate. My wish is that no one needs this kind of emergency service, but it's nice to know there are locksmiths ready to do the job if necessary.
