Round two: We needed to phone Rob back... two weeks after... Why? Since the dudes AWESOME (we had our fresh home crucial go missing, so to be safe we contacted Rob on Saturday to just have him arrive 15 minutes later for another round of house keys. My spouse did a Yelp review to locate ABBA Locksmith this afternoon, so we sent Rob a message about 8 pm he reacted immediate and by 11 a.m. that he had been at our house quickly changing the four locks to fresh keys. Stumbled across Abba locksmith while trying to find a company that installs floor safes. Gave them a phone based on great reviews, however, customer service couldn't have been from that. My request for information was fulfilled with. . Honestly, none of your company, but that was my pick. Definitely would not recommend if you're on the lookout for great customer service or somebody willing to assist (or even knowledgeable) in this region.
***UPDATE 2*** Notice Roberts'changed' public response to my review- first they're busy and tried to answer inquiries and today they don't understand who I am? Good item Yelp keeps record of these- as well as a screen shot that is basic. Good riddance.

Now, rob dropped in to our home. Repaired 3 locks made some keys. Great guy with a fantastic business. He responded to my Yelp message and was really easy to work with. I'm happy I looked up his business and I'm happy to have working locks in our home. Thank you Abba Locksmith!

I came home during my lunch hour and that which was done in 45 mins. We've got a"smart" lock on front door that's computerized and he managed to change the lock on this fairly quickly.
I contacted for changing 3 door locks to our 16, Abba to get a quote. Rob was very fast to respond to my . We were in the escrow procedure so that I did notify him that we wouldn't have to change the locks for another few weeks. My husband and I traveled and Rob messaged me Yelp to inquire about solutions. I did indicate that we had the locks changed within a week and he gave quotations instantly.
Then you get a bargain if you're a Yelper. If you're a Yelp Elite, then you are going to get a better bargain! Rob charges a traveling fee (which all locksmiths do), then per lock after which per key. I scheduled an appointment and Rob was prepared and timely to work.
I would suggest Abba Locksmith and Rob. Small world that we possess the exact same faculty alumni!

Initial Review: I phoned Abba about a broken front door lock and they stated they'd send someone out soon. The gentleman who arrived claimed to be an independent contractor. He was a nice guy and kind of fixed the lock--it functions but not well. I was amazed by what they billed ($120) thinking about it was only one lock and I recently had an entire home rekeyed for about $150. If I'd a flawlessly functioning lock, I would not complain about the price, however it's still not ideal.
Updated Inspection: Immediately following my three star review below, I was contacted by the owner and provided to resolve anything. The next day that he was here, exactly when he said he would be, and had the lock working. On top of that, he gave me 20 of the ceremony fee back! Certainly they care about getting the job done right, and I would not hesitate to urge Abba Locksmith.

Great support! He fixed it but explained to me step by step what was wrong and he had been fixing it (I asked because I'd like to understand how this stuff works). Gave me some free advice on some areas of home improvement. Overall great customer services. Quite happy.

One of the cylinders was older and couldn't be rekeyed with exactly the identical color finish. He put a temporary air in. He replaced the old one and came back out.
