Simple to get in touch with. Could not ask for better support. Cost was nice and fair.
Fantastic guy. Easy to operate with. Need to lock at a time as they are active. Reasonable prices. Situated in North Arlington so Great for sailors. Came in Sunday but didn't bill for weekend prices.
Once I locked us out of our residence I called them. It was after hours and I expected the worst. He showed up over an hour. When I called him, he was on another call. They only charged me $75 for the call and the guy had my door unlocked in less than 15 minutes. Crazy. No complaints and I'd use them again.
These guys are terrible. He attempted to charge me almost twice as much when the man showed up to fix the locks, although the manager of this shop quoted me a price when I called. Complete bull, along with a ridiculous way. I am pretty sure the man who showed up pocketed the difference. Terrible location. Don't USE!!!
They have not reacted to the 3 voicemails and do not answer their phone I've left.
