I'm okay with paying the $19 service fee. He did not have any sort of uniform to represent this provider. It say the exact same thing and could be a man driving a car. I waited about 30 mins. The problem I have is the cylinder in my lock came out and disassembled into those very small metal pins. The tech's job was to reassemble it. He talked me into changing my lock which I was thinking about it. It turns out that he doesn't have the tools ready to find the task finished.
I'm over here right now youtubing about locks. It has taught me more about altering locks. Now I must order the components until Amazon delivers and wait.

I called this company to divert my dog from my vehicle. They said it would be 20-25 minutes and that they never showed. When I called to tell them I had called somebody else and my dog was secure that they were very rude. I wouldn't trust them.

I do not recommend this company. They charged us $219 to replace or resolve a commercial lock and it broke again 5 days later. I called them but they said that they do not have guarantee for this support and we have to pay them!
