ADI Lock & Key

We locked ourselves and 3 dogs from our new RV once we got to walk the dogs. Another 24 hour locksmiths could not get until 8 or 7 to me. Not for me. Mike was able to be in my RV in 30 minutes. He ended up drilling the lock got us inside where it was warm! I would certainly call him again!

Wish I read the reviews before I contacted that company. Has been asked that I had and called the company Tuesday repaired. The man came but was an hour late. He wasn't able to repair the lock after being there for over two weeks and leaving to visit the store to attempt and discover a lock that worked. He said he'd investigate what locks would function and get back to me. It is now Monday and I have not heard anything. I call the company back and they are requesting me to send pictures AGAIN! I told them I did this & somebody came and charged me a 30$ fee for doing absolutley nothing. They didn't know who came to my home and was asking me to identify the man who worked around the lock....
EDIT: The company called me & said they would send out a technician now between 10-12 to come and examine the lock. NO ONE EVER SHOWED.

Told me it is $120. $175. WtF?! He said he can try to pick the lock to see whether it'll open for coming out, and over the will not charge me $29. He couldn't get it opened so he said he must drill it. I told him okay...I really have to get into the mailbox. It's $120 after I moved to pay him $ 29 he informs me. I informed him I could've done that.
Don't call this location. They will try to rip you off.

Can't say enough great things about these. Lost my keys in Sacramento in parking garage. Guy came quickly and wasn't irritated with my offering him the directions to get to the garage. Exceptionally with no over-friendly, nice. Made a debilitating experience as painless as it could be.
His truck holds an wonderful quantity of stuff, all very neatly and impressively packed!

I was locked out of my home witb food on the stove. After phoning ADI Lock and Key a technician from the title of Mike showed up ans got my door unlocked at less then 2 minutes I was in a panik but in 15 minutes. Dinner was burned but the home didnt burn down and I was given such a great speed I decided to use the money I saved with what I thought it would cost and we all went to eat. Highly recommend these guys.

Awesome support! I was a school student who had a funding and has been locked out of car. This is and that I took a shot. They came on the tech promised me he was not likely to leave without even getting my keys with my funding. Amazing!

It seems to be a referral service compared to locksmiths that are legitimate. The girl on the telephone was clueless and unprofessional. It was never about listening to the client, only getting private information so the"tech" could call. Went to Paul's Safe and Lock at Roseville. Real Pro's!!! In and out in about 20 minutes with 5 locks!!! that is rekeyed

Said the VW I attracted after waiting 1 hour them could not be programmed. Only 1 man in shop. He also took his time trying, but said it could not be carried out. Programmed the secret he said and called another lock smith today came to my house could not be programmed. Must be they don't have equipment to do the job. Kind of wasted with them. Nevertheless, they were fine.

Shady service men, with less than acceptable people abilities. I had this company and I meet in my place of business to cut and program a key for the van of my wife. The guy shows up without a uniform or shop top, in an automobile. Just some random guy in a beat up car. If I wasn't at a time crunch I would have diminished the ceremony. An hour after, he's got the key fob working, sort of after he did what was suppose to be a job. It started the lock and started the vehicle, but none of the other features worked. He explained it had been the key fob that I bought from the merchant. Following a week the thing stopped working together, along with the other key which he stated that he needed to re-program no longer functioned . All this for the extremely higher price of $160!!!!! A quick visit to the merchant and I had been in and out in about 15 minutes for under 50 bucks. Seriously, when you have enough time, also can choose another place, I urge you to conserve your cash and cope.

Since they supply none, do not use their service. We called them and the technician who originally answered said where Home Depot couldn't he can earn a gate key from an crucial. We made a plan to meet him. We waited a very long moment and said she would have a technician there ASAP although we called. She called back and asked for the same contact info over again. She said we would be called by a technician. Noone showed.

Avi was AMAZING!! He was quick, professional and happy to answer my own questions. So polite & helpful, he helped to make a situation a little easier to deal with.
