Bode & Bode Lock & Safe

We called Bode and Bode to repair our front office doorways and Wayne came to the rescue asap. Wehad other men and women look and've been having difficulty with the doors for some time today and them and they weren't able to fix them. I just wanted to give an honorable mention to Wayne who completed the job efficiently and quickly. We're so pleased to have our entrance doors up and running and pleased using Wayne's service. Professional and clean inside. Service is slow but tons of parking and they can get the job done. Can't put on their reliability!

I get all my keys made there. They fit and are instantaneous. They have made a couple of house calls to alter my locks. Timely done.

Bode&Bode has a fantastic downtown location with nice desk assistance. I was educated by them on options and prices. They get the job done, but are somewhat bothersome to deal with, at least in my experience. With what they charge I'd have expected greater customer services.
Bode & bode rekeyed the locks but charged more than I'd paid for this kind of work a year ago.
The secret they gave me said"Do Not Copy" on it. Home Depot refused to copy it and it wouldn't function in itself rekey kiosk. Bode offered to make a copy, however, wished to charge for it. They agreed to do it after a couple of days for free, but wanted proof of residence.

I called for a neighbor who locked herself. She had been really happy Bode and Bode were there within a half an hour. Bod and Bode will be our first call when next we want a locksmith.

These guys were fantastic. Patient with re-cutting a key to match a lock that is very . Finally they suggested supplying two keys at no charge and replacing the lock. Awesome! I offered to cover the difference and they said no, better to get a client, which of course I am!

We have been customers of Bode and Bode for many years and make a lot of keys however, the customer support has gotten worst. Today we spoke to the owner who was very impolite why the customer support has gone down and I understand. It begins at the top! We are going to find a spot to take our business.

After employing a locksmith we moved to Bode and Bode to have them fix. A couple of years later when we moved into a home we moved back into Bode and Bode to have it rekeyed, and they did a great job! They had been super-professional and everything just worked! We'll definitely be coming back for any locksmithing needs later on.

I've never had a lot of fun getting keys created before! Everyone in this store was pleasant and cheerful. Plus my keys were left by them in half the time that it took Home Depot to make them.

Great place for getting keys. Sadly it was not a success, although we tried to get a key fob. They had been not able to program it. They were nice about it and gave us a refund.
I give it 4 shops as my difficulty was likely a more specialized request.

Before seeing Bode and Bode, I called in to see if they could make a replica of a lock box secret which demanded a locksmith. The receptionist who answered the telephone wasn't very helpful as her answer was"well I didnt see the secret so I cant tell you whether we can do it or not" and provided no additional assistance. I opted to pay a visit to the shop place despite the odd mindset and I was greeted with a man who had a demeanor that was pleasant and very valuable. He gave an estimate, 3 minutes he had the crucial quickly assessed the job.
So avoid calling or coping who each answers the telephone in Bode and Bode. Go in and the support is better.

I just don't know where to start with this epically review I want to give to Bode and Bode. They are situated between Capital and L streets, on 21st. We are living in a water bungalow with doors that take a skeleton key. However, the skeleton key had been long lost to get a house which was constructed in 1900. I brought the locking mechanism at 5 minutes for them until they closed and I had been greeted! I started to write my pertinent information so that I could leave the mechanism plus my key could be created by them. Not 4 seconds into writing my info down a man turned it and appeared and put a key into the mechanism. SUCCESS! I asked how much and they explained! I will go back to Bode and Bode for the friendly setting AND their professionalism ! Thank you!!!!

Even though they have a range of keys for just about any key which you may want copies of, they lack 100. In dealing with customers, the reception people will need. I won't be returning back to this establishment if I could avoid it.

Today, thank you to Bode and Bode! My main was stuck in the ignition in my car. How? Why? I was so frustrated and didn't know. Turned out it was an issue with something obstructing my gear change. I'm blonde. These guys figured it out quickly, easily and with a smile....no charge. Now that's customer service that is excellent! Thank you for saving.

They are a nice business, conveniently located downtown and also have great customer service! I highly suggest them.
And he responded,"Yes, because I expect, as a new customer, you'll come back to us for your future services."
I had to get the time I was able to create it was later work and keys replicated. I ended up coming a a small before they closed , and I felt sort of dreadful for being among the last minute customers... But I only needed keys made.
A bit surprised, I asked,"Are you really certain?!"
Truth be told, it was my third or second time within the last five years. He acknowledged it all the same, although I'd told him that.
The earnings counter clerk was courteous and very nice and I think because they did not need to deny a customer, and closed up the register for the afternoon, he offered to create the service free.

The customer support was via the roof. Reasonable pricing and quick. When you walked friendly atmosphere. They've definitely earned an new customer to themselves.

Truthfully, they were fast and friendly when I came in to have even MORE fast and friendly and a spare key I needed to get a new one and when that key did not work. Not only did they fix my older spare key that was not working, they gave me a BACK UP at no cost! Who does this?! These guys do.
Go there. Now. At this time.
These guys would be the bomb-diggity. Would I spend time searching down my yelp password so I could return from reviewing retirement to write a review if they weren't? Of course not.

Very friendly and professional employees and owners. I had to have 2 super heavy large safes available (the old fashion bomb-resistant bank vault type of heavy large, like possibly 1000 and 2000 pound type of heavy), along with more than a dozen door knobs rekeyed. Really good communication involving their office me, and also the men who came out. The proprietor came by to check in and help. Additionally trustworthy and very prompt. I would advise Bode, Bode & in a heartbeat. Thanks and kudos to Ben!
