Jams Security

Jams Security is fantastic. I needed a new mortise lock for my own residence. Angie's List, Homeadvisor was contacted by me and has been referred Jams Security. I did a number of my own study on Yelp and Google and felt convinced I was selecting the locksmith. Joseph was in communication with me, after establishing an appointment, in a reasonable period of time. He managed to text me a quote once I texted him pics of my previous lock program. He kept me informed about his ETA. He went above and beyond to complete the job. His cost was reasonable and quality materials were used by him. I will suggest Jams Security and utilize Joseph for future locksmith work.

He was polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend their company.
We had an imperfect system installed on a Brooklyn building, which was left"as is" by the former security company. The work mid-way was abandoned by them.
Jams Security was very beneficial to us.
Jams managed to rate the system, alter the equipment marginally such that it functioned (saving us equipment expenses, time and labor), and successfully finished the installation for a video intercom system.

Joe Jams is awesome. He goes beyond the call of duty. Not only is he on top of his game, he's also a very nice guy. I have had him handle situations and he has come thru - . I recommend him.

Jams Security is amazing! I am truly humbled and'm not someone who writes reviews EVER, but truly felt compelled given my situation. Since the keys to a lockbox we'd put up in our house went missing I called Joey on a Saturday. No questions asked, he went above and beyond, coming from Brooklyn (our land is located at NJ) to treat us. I cannot tell that the dedication, integrity and service-orientation that takes to you. I was dismissed. He is reasonable in terms of price. To get your locks changed OR are only require a locksmith that is GREAT, or In case you have a demand for a safety program, you MUST call Joey. He's definitely the best!

Awesome support! Had an issue with my sentry secure (that merely opens using a key and combination) and calling multiple locksmiths Joe at Jams gave me the best price. He was available the day and I needed him, was punctually, and obtained my open in under five minutes.
