I used this comp. For changing all the locks on my purchase home in Brentwood. He was very courteous to not step on my new carpeting arrive punctually and gave me dint and 1 free key bill me for sand counting! Thank you so much!

I called a few locksmiths including this one, but could not even leave a message, therefore called a third and they stated they'd be out within an hour. 10 minutes after I got a call and told them that I already had somebody coming out. He explained he was phoning to confirm the address, so I gave him it mistake. He came within minutes second mistake, in an passenger car. He wasn't sure the door can open and had tools. He did regain a slip tool to slide under the door and opened it. He had been and charged me $189.
15 minutes after showed up.
It became clear I had been scammed by that this company. Don't use them, allow my mistakes save you making one.

Called them at the morning to alter a door lock. Mike arrived within the two hr. Window that they gave me. Mike is a very good locksmith- could use them again anytime.

I called this business today, they quoted me 39.00 visit and 25.00 to re key every single lock. When the guy came came in and then stated cost was 85.00 per lock. I advised him to escape my house and as I walked him out he tried to renegotiate. He chose to call me to attempt to get back in and then his boss phoned me I explained I wasn't interested in their services however they continued to telephone as well as text me but at this point I was done, you get 1 chance to work with people. Avoid this organization.
