AM PM Locksmith

Had to find a new fob that required"dealer programming". AM PM dialed me in at a savings. Didn't have to go to the stealership. In and out in about 10 minutes.

Then he said I am"wasting his time"- I am like I want a key to my car, you lent me $185, then ask me for $310 when you're here? I have to phone somebody else and wait patiently for another firm to come because I need a key for my car. Wtf?!
Additionally, that my car was"sitting for years" that effected the quote- I said that my car was no-op for years and I could not find the keys, so I simply wanted a key to move to storage, not to drive, needed a key to turn the ignition- not actually start the car (which might mean I needed new battery life, etc.) he was well informed of my mustangs condition prior to arrival. I did not need multiple keys.
The guy calls me 6:02PM and says he's outdoors. I go outdoors, he isn't even on my road, but proceeds stating he's in front of my residence. I'm like"no, I am standing in my driveway, so I will see down my road".
He gets here, gets my car info all, and the price is 310. Wtf? I said-"no, I'll call somebody else".
So the guy tells me $300, instead of $310. I said"no" he then said $280 and that it is more expensive since it is"after hours"... exactly what? I predicted.
He said I want 2 keys to program my car, and it'll cost an extra $80 to the crucial - why did I not know this?

Total scam- I predicted to replace the secret to my mustang; I am quoted $185. Then the price goes around $220 since my key"has a processor" (did not they know that when I first gave my car information?) .
Complete waste of my time. Don't recommend.

Long story short - I was ready to invest money left in worse shape than when I came and wasn't communicated to properly.
Was quoted a price to get a new remote fob for the car. Went into the shop and they attempted to plan three fobs unsuccessfully. I was referred to their San Ramon office once the worker couldn't figure out the problem (the unlock button would not work). I decided to go to another locksmith in the region and as I was departing found my original fob no longer functioned. With me was also deactivated In the locksmith that they advised me that the shop had deactivated my fob and any fob I did not have. My spare at home did not do the job although they kindly fixed my fob. I called the manager to tackle that the worker never told me any other fobs would not work and complain about mine and that not being repaired before I left.
I returned the shop and the technician couldn't get my fob to work, and because he couldn't get it to work he couldn't resynchronize it. I ended up frustrated, ended up leaving with the distant still inoperable and even talking by telephone to the manager again.

He is awesome if you need a locksmith trust that this guy!
I couldn't drive my 2010 Toyota Highlander and lost my fob that was past.
Then I predicted Chida, and everything got better. . .he told me he would be at my house and 30 minutes later I had a secret in my hand. And my car never needed to leave my driveway...

Oh man!! Great support!! , app my two extra remote controller and cut me the keys for it, for a very reasonable price, (wayyyyy cheap than the dealer )and everything under 15 minutes, highly recommend, and of course if I ever need something I'll be back with this men

Really nice and honest service. Returned immediately when there was a (perceived) difficulty. Easy to contact.

Needed to receive my garage key cut which slightly unusual and wasted time heading to Home Depot and Safeway which all had"auto" key cut machines with limited options. Finally came to AM PM concord and they. Fast friendly and fair cost for school support. What else can you ask for! Check them out!

Got a fob made for 1/5 the price of a different locksmith and the purchase price of this Kia dealer. Not only was it a great price but I had been out and in in minutes! For all your locksmith needs, I would definitely recommend this store! Thank you a lot for offering pricing that is fair and not taking advantage of your customers!

But I'm very delighted with Concord.
This next part is not about the location, but I would not go to the San Ramon.
Such a location for me! I was able to walk in without an appointment and get two keys and fobs . I also got a discount for getting two, so everything worked out great.
I did try and call to test if they could fit me , although I always like being prepared, but found that the online telephone numbers lead into the San Ramon Store. I'd have been fine if they'd transferred me, but rather I had been told to just go to San Ramon since they would be so much quicker than Concord, even after I told them that I lived in WC (it's hard for me to think that a place 5 minutes from my house will be slower than driving to San Ramon). As somebody who teaches about teamwork and honesty and works with kids I could not go to San Ramon.
The Concord website was fantastic! Got everything I needed quick and with a discount. I'd say, even if you can not get them just go down to the Concord location.

Absolutely fab, work and are productive and very friendly. Thank you guys. Did the only shop that was key and a fast job opened . Everybody else has been shut.

Don't go here, I showed up at 5:20 yesterday, it closes at 6:00 I sat there waiting for 30 minutes. Doors were secured and the open hint were around, what place does this?

Through, they do a job that is fantastic and AM PM is fast, service is great. Didn't have to wait long, walked in and took approximately 5 minutes

It and my car key bent would not fit in the ignition. I went to AM PM locksmith in Livermore and the proprietor was so nice and offered to follow me to my car to create a new key for me later hours. He was wonderful! Great deal!

Went in the to get a key made for the Prius. There wasn't any parking so I travelled at the back and got off with their driveway, the road. I walked to the roll up door and got out of the vehicle. A young guy told me to go out front, as I approached stating that I had a key made. So I ended up parking in the driveway next door and moved out front having to pay traffic. So I walk in the door and an older guy walked out as I had been holding the key and he barked something in Spanish then turned about and didn't come back. So I was wondering what it had been or if he was bothered by me driving at the back. Then after a couple hours I'm really thinking he appeared so mean and rude and that I'm an old guy with white hair. It is my hope that this wasn't the issue, but what else could it have been? I had no words with anyone, I was only trying to find a place the two parking spaces in front of the company were taken by their two business trucks. I would like to hear from the gentleman that treated me rudely. Before my post is deleted by them.

Chida and changed the locks straight away at a reasonable price, met me within ten minutes, and his staff answered my call immediately. I remembered I had a nearly dead battery in my car key, and he said of course he could help with that too. I solved a lot of problems in no time. If I have some other issues, Can call them back.

These guys know their craft and are great and friendly. I lost my keys. I originally went into a locksmith in another city where I work. The locksmith attempted for half an hour and was unsuccessful and advised me to drill out the lock because he couldn't do it. On the weekend I found AM PM Locksmith at Concord. In five minutes apartment they had picked the bicycle lock that has been attached to my truck and I also had a lock onto the bicycle rack and they open that lock minutes. They gave me a price that was very good and left me keys. I would go to the major name brand locksmith at Concord that everyone knows these guys have my business to my lock requirements. My wife called after hours hoping that somebody would pick up and they did. She was locked from the house. Bill came over in about thirty minutes and unlocked our door. Bill was quite professional. He assessed the situation and told me that door would be most easy to start.

Why would there be say they are open and not a company??? 1:33pm Saturday 2/11/17 doors locked!

I had a new key for the vehicle. Kuldeep was informative, knowledgeable, helped me out, and created me two new keys. He could tell instantly if the key had a processor (CRV did not, huh, Pilot and Fit did), and what kind. Both keys worked great. Highly recommend!
