The best service I've ever experienced! Icalled them for an emergency lock changing on one of our homes and'm a real estate investor and property manager in OC. They showed up on time and on short notice giving text and a call if they were in their way to us. The technology helped us ascertain the locks that managed to work with us locating the most cost effective and safe method of doing so and needed rekeyed and to be replaced. In total 6 locks were replaced by him and decided everything was examined working before he believed the job finished. He was cautious and very knowledgeable with everything he did.
Where he went over and beyond was afterwards he finished. Since it was dark Nathan did not want to leave us at the house alone and remained to be sure we were safe. This level of support is needed to seek from any vendor! We'll be utilizing GL Locksmith for a lot of properties! I could not recommend them more!

The secret broke I am moving into. As he said he'd even though it was 10:45 pm nathan came out in 20 minutes. He provided exceptional service at a fair price. The locksmiths I called offered the same service until they could come out, but it would be next day. The price he quoted me was exactly what I paid. He went over and beyond by making certain the lock and key functioned. This took him to take the lock mechanism out and do some work on it. I would suggest GL Locksmith. Very happy I picked them to get this situation.

Called GL Locksmith to describe my situation and they gave me a time quote and a quote. Over 10 minutes, Nathan began working on getting the door unlocked and came to my office. On account of this specific type of lock he needed to return to his car to receive a unique tool. GL Locksmith and Nathan were professional, polite, and courteous. You're frazzled and leave the home with no keys. I had to bite the bullet and call a locksmith, after dumping my purse looking for them. This place needed a person to me and picked up. Nathan managed to get in with no damage to my doorway, considerate and was friendly. Thank heavens. The price for a hours call was fair and that I gave a hint to him because I was rescued by him from sleeping in my hallway!

Could not have been happier with the procedure. We could not access our backyard since the lock on the doors was STUCK. I sent a picture to GL Locksmith to get an estimate, and Danielle was super knowledgeable, friendly and fast at responding to my queries. She scheduled someone to come out on a Sunday and told me that the EXACT price.
The locksmith, Nathan, sent me a text if he came on time and had been about 20 minutes away. The occupation took him a good deal more than expected (maybe not his fault, yet he apologized), however he explained every step of what he had been doing, and most importantly, fixed the issue! We are thankful we can get into the backyard from the house again. Nathan was polite friendly, and honest about everything. The price was exactly what we had been informed, which was great. Highly recommend!

Nathan is wonderful! Made a late night excursion to help me get back in if I had been locked out. He used and he was able to cut a key in the rear of his car to me. Highly recommended and would call Nathan for my locksmith needs.

I sent photos of my lock through text, and also also the next day David came professionally on a copy of his business permit and time including all the equipment.
He ensured that I had all of the info to upkeep it was VERY fast. He truly left my house.
I had been for my garage once I discovered GL Locksmith on yelp. What happened after pressing"call" was nothing short of 5 star service from begin to finish.
David and the sweet girl who answered the phone helped me not only to pick the ideal lock for my house & location (close to the sea so LOTS of concern with corroding locks), but also which lock suit my budget! I didn't feel like I was being up-sold but I did feel like quality mattered to them over anything. I loved this.

My spouse and I went at a local park, when my short zipper broke and I lost my car key. My house keys were in my car (which comes with an alarm), so rather than get a locksmith to get the vehicle, we got a rideshare house and wanted a locksmith to allow us into our house for the spare house key.
From to when their locksmith David and I met at my house when I phoned them, it was approximately 40 minutes. Nice.

Had Nathan from GL Locksmith out Now to Correct a lock on a Doorway that is sliding. He explained his fees before work began and was friendly, on time. He did the door and the adjustment locks flawlessly now. He was neat and clean and that I would highly recommend him. I hope I do not have a need for a locksmith quite often but Nathan and GL locksmith are within my telephone to be called if necessary. Thanks GL Locksmith and Nathan.

Great place great men! Great great great! Came thru in the clutch!!!!!! 24hrs a day!!!!

Nathan came to our rescue! We were locked away from the office since the lockbox was jammed due to the chilly weather/rain so we predicted Golden Locksmith and they sent Nathan. He was really punctually, texted me 15mins until he arrives and when he was 5mins away. He explained what he was doing quite attentively and politely and managed to get us in in no time. I know who I'd call, if I locked out again!

After phoning about to 9 local locksmiths I decided to proceed with GL Locksmith. Not only where they were able to come out same day and very helpful over the telephone but they had the best price. Nathan did an outstanding job installing a new deadbolt and came within an hour of my call. The bolt slides without immunity along with his commitment to the work went above and beyond. Before drilling to verify I liked the placement and he more than triple checked his job with each 23, he consulted. The deadbolt that is new functions and looks amazing! I particularly appreciated his attention to the end product's aesthetics along with detail. In addition, he took the time to go over programming together with me and make sure I understood how to work my lock. I couldn't be happier with the service or the consequences!
