Acme Locksmith - Phoenix

Brian does really make an attempt to help everyone to the max possible, but I guess that I was a little miffed reason for the wait, especially because it was warm (read hot) inside there.
I got the title for this neighborhood locksmith shop from the site nextdoor.com. A lot of people raved about the location as far as fair pricing and its honesty.
I went there to get my car FOBs activated. Brian was the worker. Unfortunately, though it only took less than five minutes to key the FOBs to my vehicle, I had to wait for 25 minutes trigger a woman who came in before I did, determined it was right to have a very long conversation/dialogue with Bryan about heaven knows what about a stack of keys!! Yes, she saw me . I mean, 10 or maybe even 15 minutes max I do not believe I would have minded all that much, but 25 minutes?? Really??

We bought a used Highlander couple of years ago. Only had one key! Well, now we have drivers around the home. Called the local Toyota dealership for a new"key"....OMgoodness! NOT.
I came in to pick up the remote and get it programmed. God bless sweet Brian! I got to sit in the store, he had to stand out in the sun programming my key. He insisted that I try out all of the remote works on the key before I made.
Lots of great reviews. Between initial e-mails to visits. Great instant and friendly service. Brian explained that I would need a smart distant, which had to be arranged. Seperate pricing for key programming and reduction. Still cheaper than the dealer.
Would definitely return for all and any locksmith requirements to them.

Went to Purchase a replacement FOB. They lived up to my prior review, just service that was god-awful and overpriced. Came into ACME Locksmith, not only were unable to purchase a manufacturer FOB out of Infinity, they were able to perform the programing for the cost without needing to create an appt. Or drop off my car. Saved me hundreds of dollars! This is where for all of your locksmith needs to go!

Friendly service from start to finish and did I mention cheap? I would definitely suggest Acme -5/5!

Mike is the Man at Acme! He helped answer all of my questions and was really beneficial.
It might be worth looking that if you register online and receive a decal for your vehicle, should you lock your keys in the vehicle they'll come unlock them for FREE!

I would recommend this shop to anyone searching for key problems or almost any lock. They have 3 location over the valley in Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix.

Went into an Ace Hardware store 2 different times to get the same key copied. Both instances the key(s) which were made didn't match. My 3rd visit to Ace I requested a refund. When driving near Acme, I stopped on a Friday afternoon. . .almost at stopping time! . . .and was warmly greeted by Brian. My key was left by him so quickly I informed him I didn't even see him take the key off the ring. He said he didn't! Crucial fit than the master he was given by me. 5 Stars for Acme. 5 Stars for Brian, one of the customer friendly men you would ever want to meet. This is the way!

I am a retired litigation examiner for a significant insurance company, so I know a lot about client services and people. It has been years since I've run into a wonderful gentleman, but I have dealt within my career, although I don't have any idea what Gage expected. He is very knowledgeable and helped me economically and quickly. I take my hat off . In this world of" go go go" it was refreshing to have a one on one business dealing with you. I will recommend all my friends for their lock and key demands to you.

I had a great experience at Acme Locksmith. I needed a Thule car box key and Ace Hardware was not able to replicate the foreign key, so I was recommended by them . The guy running the store that day remade my keys may be thin and be at risk of breaking in the lock. Great service at a value that is good!

I needed keys could not find anybody in the region that could cut carried the keys and made for my motorhome. I found Acme Locksmith and expanded my search region. They would be cut by them and I called and they take the blanks. $ 1 per key charged for their service. It was a little drive but it had been worth it.

Needed some work done on a lock. Service over the telephone to create the appointment. They delivered a text on how and"Big Mike" arrived in time and did great job. We had a repair and the lock worked in no time.

Needed a last minute re-key of the home after leaving a house key. Was extremely quick to respond and very friendly. Explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. Reasonably priced for your previous Saturday service call as well. Would definitely recommend them! Waiting on the companies I called to call me back!

Acme Locksmith was recommended, and I am rather glad that I picked them. Ryan, by their Phoenix, AZ, place arrived much sooner than I was on time, texted me within the half hour and thought. Ryan exceeded my expectations by replacing faulty lock to the security door, re-keying many guards, and checking in a few times to make sure everything. He went above and beyond adjusting the security door's frame to make sure that the lock worked smoothly and easily. I would recommend Acme, and Ryan, any day of the week. It was affordable, reasonable, and friendly.
