Vlad stated he'd have someone out by 8 and responded to our quotation request. Sergio came punctually and having a disposition. He took good care of our angle stop repair, replaced the toilet and hauled the old toilet away. The service was professional, honest and far surpassed our expectations. Vlad responded to my phone, and after spending no more than 5 minutes and charged me $120 cash. Vlad put on another spare part backwards so that if we used the dishwasher leaked water all over our floor and reconnected the cable into the outlet. I sent it offer to fix the issue or to Vlad without a response and took a photograph. I'm guessing the 22 positive testimonials are by Vlad's buddies or fake or he paid them to write favorable testimonials. They fixed the issue Vlad had contributed in roughly 5 minutes and Then I known as Vortex Appoiance and just charged $35. If you want to get ripped off with no customer support and pricing telephone Vlad. Vlad is out of this kind of clinic is normal and accepted it could be, but I would stay clear of him and pretty much go together with anyone else. My experience with Vortex was positive and skilled. I suggest Vlad telephone Vortex to receive some training on how to do his job.

Vlad and sergio do a wonderful job and understand how to speak to my clientele. As a GC I rely on excellent sub contractor and also the quality of work is always delivered.

Vlad is awesome! He was very responsive, and was able to communicate through text which I love with my crazy work schedule. In addition, one of the sole real technicians willing should you work just like me to come from the day hours. I work 7-4 and can not have anybody here. Vlad came out at 5pm to perform the initial appointment, and 7pm to replace my faucet. This made my life much easier and stress knowing I did not need to take time from work to get my faucet! He even went so far as to help me move my TV stand out from my home and down flights of stairs. He did not hesitate to help and saw me struggling. He went beyond and above! Highly recommend!

Almco Plumbing is a company running by a hard worker Vlad. He's a individual. I had a drain issue, they did camera inspection for describing what was wrong with the drain and then mended it, cleaned the drain and arrived on time. They have great service and prices are great, also. I strongly recommend the company .

Thru my buddies I got a telephone number to Vlad and Igor. After short conversations they provide a superb support and arrived to my home. This people is great and very professional. All issues were fixed by them with broken Waterheater. Reasonable cost, fine well- mannered folks, superb service and came in time.
I would like to express my experience My Waterheater was broken over Memorial Day weekend. I had to call several companies to get help. No chance, a lot of people was outside of town.
