Andy is your absolute best. After embarrassingly being scammed by another"locksmith" and no longer feeling secure in my home, Andy came to my home in a hour and a half of calling him on a Saturday afternoon. He correctly rekeyed my residence, mended the shoddy work of the natives, and talked me through how to report the scam. His costs were fair and fair, and he even pitched in two copies that are important that are free:-RRB- He made me feel a bit less like an idiot for getting myself into a situation and also had been well aware of this scam. I will recommend Andy to anyone and everyone for your own lock demands. Thank you Andy!!

Andy has to be the best gentleman tradesman. I needed to get into a safe that wouldn't open for me to recover a passport the evening before an global flight. I called him and he had been at my home. I needed to alter my locks at the middle of the night after a break up. I called another locksmith company (Maple Leaf) who came and changed my locks. A couple of months afterwards, I found myself. Not certain where it went, I determined it'd be to change the locks . As my neighbor wanted one, the day after exploring locksmiths, I got a call from the man asking about my lock plate, or something along those lines. While I'd planned on going back to him, this telephone call really weirded me out since he never worked in my lock plate and not one of my neighbors ought to know about it since they haven't been around my apartment (I know of). My experience with Andy:

I called Andy late on a Friday afternoon, when we realized that my daughter's purse, containing her ID and house keys, was discharged out of her job. He came over and re-keyed our locks over the hour after he'd finished work for the day despite attaining him. I was appreciative of the service that is prompt, courteous, and efficient and thankful that we had the peace of mind of keys that are new so quickly. If we need a locksmith will call Andy.

Gentleman. Straight up clarified he was unable to assist me then and there but recommended another locksmith. No more arseing around.

Andy is a gem. I called him after we accidentally locked ourselves from our toilet and another locksmith referred him. He came immediately and was super friendly. He was devoted to solving the problem and still calm although I was stressed out about the door. The lock introduced a challenge because it was 1941 hardware, but took the time to determine how it worked and got open the door in 30 minutes, although Andy had never seen a lock like it or so. I think others would have given up. His price was extremely fair as well. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Andy was fantastic. He came out to change the guards. His prices are similar with other locksmiths. He also fixed our sticky door (we had to pay extra for this, but it was good for him to do so). He was very friendly. Recommend!

I locked myself and following a few attempts in trying to get in, I knew I needed to call Andy. It was late on a Saturday, just before 9pm. But he said he would come up and answered. He arrived at a time and got my door open! I asked him to cut a key since I did not have a key for it. He suggested rekeying it to match the rest. He also noticed the doorknob was installed upside down (I did not ask him to fix it since I only got used to it), so he repaired that and cut me some extra keys. A trip turned into a couple other helpful things that were in my'to do' record, which was very wonderful.
Andy is responsive trustworthy, and professional. I recommend him to everybody who needs a locksmith!

I needed a couple of locks rekeyed and that I spoke with him (on a Sunday) to schedule an appointment the next day. He arrived on the dot, was personable and polite. I found out that he's 16 + years experience as a locksmith while conversing with him. Before rekeying them in a 18, the locks were examined by him gave me an. He accepted a credit card for payment (dial in merchant support ) and was considerate enough to possess the whole phone transaction on speaker so that I could hear it also. HIGHLY recommend!!

Its not often you find a company with all of 5 star reviews and I will see why,
Andy was friendly and prompt and courteous. Our jammed lock was fixed by him quickly and at a very reasonable speed. We use him again and would recommend him.

Andy is super nice and accommodating. Turns out studio each and the 5 outside doors on my brand new house had a door plus toaster lock, all with different keys. Yes, that is 10 keys to get the whole house. WHUT?? Andy used his imagination and understanding whittle the amount of keys, and to rekey all the locks. He was inexpensive, as much as I could tell. This whole process took nearly 5 hours, and cost less that $600 including a couple deadbolts, rekeying sets of keys, and all locks.

I will be a client for a long time to come of Andy's. You can't go wrong with Andy and his services.
I have used Andy multiple time for jobs large and small. He's personable and friendly. He always keeps you informed of any issues he encounters and of exactly how he plans to work together with your smithing needs. He does work. He tests everything he does completely to make sure there are no issues to encounter after the task is finished. When he completes the job he answers any questions and supplies a recap you may have. His prices are fair.

Andy is incredible. On time, very fair. Quite .He drove a long way. I felt very safe. Highly recommended!!!

It is never an enjoyable experience to request the support of a locksmith, but Andy made it amazing! He did a job, was considerate, and was conscience of my funding.
P.S. Do not fall for all those $19 scams. . .they are Israeli's and rip you off and do a horrible job. Stick to the professionals like Andy.
