Had a crisis and these folks got me away and came . Checked my ID to be certain that I was the person living there. Nicely done.

This locksmith is seriously a life saver! I had been stuck out of my flat and as soon as I contacted them they came and got me indoors. Their cost was affordable, they're also professional. I'm never locked out of my home but if it does happen I'll be glad to provide them a call again knowing they're so dependable.

The helpful man at hardware store refered to Ark me on ditmars. Stopped by Ark later. Not sure what the reviewer was upset about. I'm vision and hearing . Forgive me but he was authorities and courteous to me along with the clients who walked in. Told him exactly what I wanted he wrote down a reasonable price along with the agreed appointment time on back of a card. The next day I had to change our appointment period and he agreed to meet with my schedule. Lock installed after appointed hour. Would call again and recommend to others. . He has a good handshake and looks you in the eye. I like that.

He won't admit it not only lost my key and yell and scream at me! He says the key of losing someone is no big thing. He is try to bully customers and unorganize, irrational. He is very short tempered, rude workmanship, never do his job on time. I was told by him that the key will be prepared the next day. He will say it is not ready yet, come back tomorrow when I went to pick it up. Same situation happen again the next day. After he lost my key, he plan to sell me new cylinder and bill me installation. Don't trust your possession to him! He is an man. Lying all of the time.
