Quite pleased with courtesy and service of Marcel & associate in altering locks on home we just purchased. In the question phone call, Marcel was useful and informative. They have been friendly prompt and productive. Definitely consult with other people and will use!

What's the purpose in requesting a quotation?
Extremely distasteful experience. Quoted me $35 to make a key and then desired an additional $100 after the fact for having to"disassemble the lock."

I bought a new home. I had my door rekeyed to fit the locks on my front door that is new. I found the locksmith to be more than knowledgeable and the work was done while I waited and was quite affordable. I don't throw five stars out too often but this is a great experience at the Power Road location.

These men came out after Thxgvn when nobody else would. No one else would pick up their telephone to thxgvn eve. I closed on the house on Wednesday morning and that I did not need to wait until
Monday without changing the locks leaving 4-5 days. That was understood by these men, the following day, and Marcel came out! I contacted them via this program (1st time that I have done this) and it couldn't have been easier. Locks done and rekeyed in about 15 mins! Using again soon, lots of work to be carried out here.

I bought last summer, a 2011 utilized Nissan, but the key it came with was not cut to unlock the door. This was not an issue because new Nissans use the key fob but this morning when I went to leave in the center of a snow storm work, I came out into a battery. This firm had a 5 star review on Yelp so I gave a phone to them and was right down the street. With indicated they would have the ability to get about half an hour to me and was there in nearly the exact time. The car is setup so that dragging the handle doesn't unlock it and there's no actual door lock button.
Fortunately he was experienced enough to know that he could also take a trip back into the store and receive my key's form by calling Nissan and utilizing my VIN #. He had been back in to unlock my car.

I needed to get deadbolts. It was not urgent but they could come at 8am the day after I called. The locksmith professional, was quite friendly and was right on time. They offered 3 different levels of deadbolts. The prices seemed reasonable and the installation was fast.

I came across A Abetter Locksmith following a few unanswered calls from some competitions and he had been at my home in 10 minutes (happened to be in the region ). My doorlocks died and that I were locked out. He got me back into my home quickly and for a reasonable price. I will definitely save their number for anything! Great work!

Great company to work with! After Flying Locksmiths totally wasted my time and withdrew their appointment times (don't use them), I discovered A A Better Locksmiths at a quick Google search. They got back to me right away with a quote came out to my home early on a Saturday. The work they did exactly what we wanted and was perfect. I would refer my friends and family to this business for any requirements.

All I need to say is wow. I got quotes from different stores, dealerships and even AAA preferred locksmiths that were over $200 for a secret that broke to the clicker from the secret. A Better Locksmith was advocated so I called. The guy on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about gave me a quote, was friendly and told me to come right in it'd take roughly 5 minutes. I got there he did an wonderful job and was completed in 4 minutes. The day they saved. I strongly recommend.

I had an emergency that I dropped the key at a current move and had to enter a lock box. Steve responded quickly with a quote. I came with the box and he managed to open it in minutes. He let me take what I had and asked to keep the box so he could make a new pair of keys. When I asked he explained we could settle up once I picked up new keys and the box. A few hours after I got the call that they keys were ready. Excellent customer support and the best of the four quotes that I received!
