We hired Bolt Lock and Key to fix our manage and then seal the door for the front door to our building. We are living in a three condo construction, and our door is older than myself. John was excellent. He gave us a quote, and came right away. He managed to fix the handle, seal the door and nail down the mail basket, and worked with our finances. Our door handle broke again, shortly afterwards. He came back immediately, and mended the handle free of charge. John is good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone. I am happy he helped fix our problem on funding, and in a professional fashion.
Today, I had a terrific experience with Jon. I got locked out of my rental and called Jon hoping that he can help. Fortunately, that a good time was found by us and Jon immediately got me back inside and left me to make sure I do not do this! Great customer service and pricing.
