After a couple of years at MIT Lincoln Laboratory at Hanscom AFB as a Metallurgical/Electro-Optical tech I started Bonded Lock Service Inc.. I am a Licensed Locksmith and have a certification in electricity. Between my two co-workers we've got a total of 95 years experience. All three people are highly trained and trained locksmiths. We have worked for every facet of sections of society in every kind of area to rural locations 24/7 from city. We are proud of our reputation within the area and have numerous recommendations from Angie's List. I Discovered Gordon and Bonded Lock Service Inc on Angie's List and am Thankful I did. He is more than professional, pleasant, punctual and answers the phone to the late hours of the evening. I called Gordon for a quote on installing a Schlage touchscreen deadbolt since he has a great deal of deals on Angie's List and I wasn't sure which are the. We exchanged a couple of quick text messages so I could send him photos of our existing lock and also of the hardware which we desired to get installed, figured out pricing (super fair!!) , to allow him to come out and consented to a 2-hour window. He called me about an hour beforehand, was on time, a super nice man, was great while doing the work all, navigating our dog and my 2 toddlers. We also wished to get a brand new handle installed to match the deadbolt but he explained that we'd require a carpenter to do some patchwork first on the doorway and advocated someone he uses in case we choose to move forward with this -- I would of course then have Gordon install the new hardware on the inside and outside of the doorway. I understood after he left the outside push-button latch wasn't functioning and called him the next morning and he quickly and simply walked me and everything works perfectly!!
He is the first professional I have discovered on the List of Angie and then I'll be a really delighted camper if others are as good as him.
