I had the best experience with Caliber Locksmith on a Sunday afternoon during Labor Day weekend after inadvertently locking myself along with my 14 month old out of our house.
They sent somebody out and answered my phone straight away. The tech Moses was professional and very kind. He worked tirelessly to get us with minimal wait time, which was greatly valued considering I had my small child with me outside on a hot day. The pricing was very honest and I'd surely use them again (though I'm praying I do not lock us out again!)
Thank you Caliber Locksmith to your stellar support! You left an unpleasant situation, bearable.

I called to locate get a price and was advised that there will be a beginning price of $120.
I was floored since he had barely even glanced at the car. The rep ABSOLUTELY understood that there could be a steep additional charge, but had chosen not to tell mewhen I asked multiple times.

Short version: I had an extremely negative experience with Caliber Locksmith this morning. They had been unprofessional to speak with and dishonest concerning pricing. I would have happily paid the full amount in the event the reps had been upfront, honest and professional about it.

The tech told me and showed up it would be $240: $120 for its key and $120 to pull the info necessary for the key up.
When I called and calmly pointed out this to her, she was refused to confess to her mistake and evasive. I eventually let the locksmith know I would be going with a different corporation.
I heard the words"starting price" therefore I inquired multiple times if there were ANY additional fees that they could tell me about upfront. The rep I talked to that the $29 service charge was contained and stated no.
She didn't have to tell me an specific price. She might have told me"there's another charge for pulling up info" when I asked multiple times about extra charges. She might have given me an estimate, like the rep gave Angela (a few reviews down.) But nope.
Eek! Methinks not.

He advised me unless I definitely got the key, that he would not be coming out for the ceremony call. 30 bucks wasn't enough for the call. He then told me it'd be 240 bucks...
2 stars because both people I talked to earlier and afyer the technician were fine. One was albert and the other was that the parts manager. Otherwise, this would be a solid one.
Ended up getting a recommendation from a mortar and brick locksmith for mobile locksmith service. I made them a review on yelp too.
Then the technician called...
I called caliber and talked with a customer support rep. He was professional and fine, that which seemed above board. They could not give an specific quote over the telephone but advised me that it would be anywhere form 120 to 240 for my replacement key, however if I found it overly costly, the technician would cost $29... still entirely fine.
I cancelled my appt, maybe not soon enough to avoid a petulant rant form the technician and I called back the company.
To me it seemed like 1, he pulled this number out of his butt and two, he had zero interest in anything other.

Called these guys to uncover a bedroom door in a group house. They stated it would be $29 and labor. That's $171 for labor. When I complained, their customer support never called me back. They're swindlers. Do not utilize the Baltimore office! They lie and they steal from you.

2nd time I have had to use them. Service, on time. Simply add the amount to your mobile phone. Should you ever want them you will be glad you did.

I had a fantastic experience and used Caliber to locks that were several. The keys were recut quickly and at a sensible cost. Harel, who did a fantastic job with the keys was my savior when the deadbolt in my front door failed. He came outside and removed the old lock that was broken and set up a deadbolt. Works perfectly. I highly urge Caliber and Harel.

Last night I Arrived back around 11pm, accidently I locked my keys inside the igntion, I was stuck outside with All the Breeze that was freezing I phoned caliber locksmith for assistance, I admit I was surprise a tech named Tom arrive in less then 20 minutes, (according to past situations that other companies came after an hour once they informs you 25 min over the telephone ) he started my vehicle in no time, and charged quite acceptable price. No scratches or damage on the car, so based on clean work, fast support knowledge and reasonable cost... I highly recommand to do business together Thank you Tom you have a client for life

Caliber locksmith and Tom would be the only locksmith that I will use moving forward. I had an emergency lock out not my home and that he was there in 5mins doorway opened at 10. So that the issue would never occur 16, he reset the lock another 10 mins. Top class man and business!

Locked myself out of my home. Over 45 minutes of calling, Yonni arrived to help. He was very upfront about the price (quite reasonable) and then got to work. Rather than drilling the lockYonni persisted for nearly 30 minutes and chose it- a huge relief to me. Can give him a call if I'm ever in a jam.

I just locked myself outside of my house about an hour , with rain. I tried every way imaginable to get into my property, even trying to break a pane of glass in front door with a massive rock (just to learn that the last homeowner needs to have installed basically unbreakable glass). Because of course I didn't forget my cell phone then I started calling locksmiths. Charge a very high sum for only coming to my residence, plus fees for the amount of time and The majority of the locksmiths were planning to take an hour or more. The locksmith out of Caliber Locksmith stated he'd be at my house in 15 minutes, but actually came in 10 minutes. He charged me much less. He did a job that is perfect: I obtained in my house very quickly once he got there. Hopefully I am never locked again, but I have the card of this company if I am.

I told them what I wanted and they explained 85 and if they got their they switched up and stated 160. Then the man gave me his card and said don't call in next time .Call me I guess so he can pocket the money.I kept the card as a friendly reminder to not use them again.

Tom was great! Got here quickly and knew precisely what he was doing and what the issue with our lock was. Was able to fix it so we keyS or didn't have to get new hardware. Nice, cool man also. I would use him again if I need a locksmith and would highly recommend him too.

Great job by reliable, Yonni and a low price. Arrived for me a duplicate key to our 08 Honda. He is currently getting me a new remote. Quite happy with our experience.

I was surprised to find that the review of unhappy c. I've had the exact same experience. They're misleading and not to be reliable. $175 was turned into by the price of $60. Outrageous charlatans.
