I argued my pointand after calling the man back in the desk (again there was a obvious miscommunication) he stated it was likely to be $75 for everything, the trip on the market, and getting in my car. (Again, they need to be so desperate for company. . But somehow every time they lowered it went up.) I had been frustrated and upset and I only wanted to get in my car, so that I begrudgingly agreed. My car was open and bolted. He was annoyed, and you could tell he did not wish to be there. I won't be calling this location their customer support was awful, and it is not worth it to go somewhere close by if they have attitudes, shitty prices, and service.
Absolutely terrible. I accidentally locked my keys in my car, and I called them, hoping to fix my dilemma. Instead I got a annoyed (and hard to understand) individual on the phone, who requested me to repeat everything I said about four times over. I looked in my maps and noticed they weren't more than a couple of minutes from where I had been (I called the closest locksmith on purpose) but even still, they stated it would take at LEAST half an hour for someone to arrive. I asked how much it would cost, and they stated it was a $30 fee to send someone out (I had been literally 1.4 miles away the hell was it that expensive) and also at LEAST $35 for them to open my car. I thought this was absurd, and hung up. I called a different locksmith, that also went to take despite me being close to them, for me, and I hung up with them. Before I got the opportunity to call anyplace else, THIS PLACE CALLS ME BACK and offers a reduction to me, and advised me that the individual coming to open my car are there in less time. They're so desperate for company that they made an effort together with revised their prices to call me back.
I was confident I'd be getting a call in the individual sent to help me get in my car ten minutes after I talked to the'representative' I was offered a discount by that. Twenty minutes after I got a call, stating my'tech' are there in twenty minutes. A minute after I got a call. What the hell?? There is obviously a miscommunication. Anyhow, when my man showed up, he stated it was $15 for him to be called out (not like the $30 said before, again, miscommunication) and it would be $95 for him to open my car. My keys sat at front seat of my car, and it would require less than five minutes for him to put in my car. And it was not $95 for everything, it was $95 JUST FOR HIM TO OPEN MY CAR, PLUS THE $15 FOR HIM - THREE MINUTES AWAY. I denied, and said that was not the agreed upon price (the reduction I had been offered had abruptly disappeared) and it was WAY too expensive. I could not afford it! I'm a college student, do you believe I could afford $110 and tax to open my damn car? Last time that the fire department did it.

Calling this place ended up being a massive circus and I needed to keep threatening to phone the authorities since whenever the locksmith came (which took forever to dispatch) they kept harassing us and would not leave. They had been extremely creepy, shady, and unprofessional. The door handle that was broken, when the man showed up he maintained he couldn't open the door since it was. We said we understood. Then all of a sudden he said that he could fix it for $120. Then it changed to $140. It was escalated by him to $225 and finally to $355. I knew this was not, after he changed the price quote the time . We repeatedly told him we did not need services and paid him his trip fee, but he would not leave. Subsequently the"company" started calling both of our telephones. They would not quit ringing us why we refused services and asking. When the locksmith finally left, they came back to the house around 20 mins later with"muscle". I just wanted to warn everyone not to utilize this service and if you do be prepared to interact with some shady dealings and individuals. It made everyone fear, although it's a service that's supposed to provide you peace of mind in an emergency.

Lesson learned. Not with this service again and I will just do it next time.
They got the work done but it was expensive. The person on the phone would start at $35 and had called me after I asked for a quote and he said $15 for the technician and it would vary depending on the instrument. The technology came out and said it would be 119.
It made me mad since he used 2 air ducts along with a slim jim!! ! $150 for this?! I could have done that myself when I didn't need the car afterward and had the instruments.

Avoid this company. They starting price and say $15 for the trip charge and lie on the quote. The tech took less than ten minutes and charged me $160! He said it was 19 for the trip charge and then his price was on top of this. They were so rude and explained that there was nothing they can do about it, when I called their customer service to complain about it. I will NEVER use this company again, and I advise that you avoid them also.
