I shopped around for a burglar alarm business and they were the most economical. They demonstrated that you get exactly what you pay for. Apparently the guy was ill. Then I re-scheduled and then they did not have a component. If the called me to let me know they won't make it they told me that when I needed a burglar alarm with no phone 41, I would have to pay an extra $200. I had recordings and my notes of my phone conversation with the sales person and he did not mention that. They moved me to the sales guy again to see if we could work something out and he told me my appointment was at the afternoon. In that case, then they missed their morning appointment since nobody ever called me left me a message. I am happy I found out this company's quality before they came into my property.
