Chris was fast professional, and courteous. I would definitely use him again!

I had a locksmith support two weeks ago and paid money. I forgot to request a reception so I can get compensation from my insurance 25, and I have been reaching out to get a receipt. I discovered since it went to voicemail away he block my number. Wouldn't suggest doing a company with him. Do not pay money, if you do it is difficult to follow-up with him.

Chris has knocked it out of the park for three or four lock rekeying addition, and jobs for me understand. I especially him describing of how things worked, some. Lock-It-Down is a excellent business.

Chris did same day service when it was chilly AF and managed to meet me in between additional appointments to save the day (along with my feet out of frost bite!) Is it weird if I can't wait to be locked out of some thing? He's my DFW metroplex locksmith to get the life! Lock-It-Down Locksmith LLC you are the best!

I called Chris overdue on. I sent a picture of the attack plate along with a description via Thumbtack. Chris called me back within the hour and we set an appointment for the following day up around 10:30-11:00 am. Chris arrived within the time frame he came prepared with the right tools to deal with the job and said. He knew exactly what needed to be done and I could tell he wasn't fulfilled until the door lock was fixed properly. He was efficient and the fix was made timely. I would hire Chris for additional home lock repairs.

Don't use this service! Chris was friendly on the phone and quick to arrive but has become a nightmare! When the door opened he did not flinch at doing and struck another car. He took an hour to earn the key. Secondly, he stuck on a pole through our sunroof to unlock the door and in doing so broke our windshield. He became upset, cursed and explained it was due to being Friday the 13th. Chris promised to repair our windshield the day. We paid him for his service ( IN CASH WITH NO RECEIPT)and he said he'd call to set up a moment. He does not answer his phone. He averts our calls. We have left numerous VoIP and I have emailed him. When my husband called him during his cell phone Chris pretended we had the wrong amount and replied. I called him from my work phone now and he replied although my husband had just called him. I told him that I was and exactly what I had been expecting and he explained he did not know anything about that and hung me up. PLEASE BE AWARE You're DEALING WITH A DISHONEST BUSINESS PERSON!!!

Chris is your WORST contractor I've dealt with! Like one reviewer said he certainly seemed like he was under the influence of something! He shouldn't even get a star. We informed him he would have to bring tools to put a bolt onto a metal door. He acted like he had no idea he would be installing the lock onto a metal door and showed up, so without the tools he was not able to install the lock. Next up installing a lock on our bedroom door..talk about disaster!! Then when he tried to put in the strike plate and then he was able to destroy this too! It seemed like he took a freaking hatchet to it! He split the door frame and left a random drill hole in that also! Rather than getting a project sooo done this weekend we now have an project and have to hire someone to put in the other dead bolt. Do not use this _1_EXTENSION has no clue what he's doing!
*Yes, even the 2nd lock has been set up however, frame and the door were ruined in the process, resulting in us needing to hire someone to fix what you did. All that has been said after you had been done was to send you the invoice to repair the damage(thus the reason you weren't paid) but from the prior review, it looks like it might be difficult/impossible to get compensated for that. So it's performed the point of hiring someone to do the job is. Bottom line it was function and don't recommend you.
