The very low level of customer support and lack of ethics of the business is upsetting although I really don't use locksmiths on a regular basis.

I've used Securitex for lock and security systems for several decades on my homes. I highly recommend them and am quite satisfied with their work!

Alright, I Am a fan. I had two guys come on a Monday, quite nice, very cool, very casual. I had been quoted $116 over the phone and fees around $140 onsite. They obligated and admired and I contested that the quote I got over the phone. No worries.
I would call them. I had an appointment for 8-10am, for one lock replacement for the doorway, three rekeys, and yet another lock replacement for my postal box.
I would call them for a business that is good.
