So my boyfriend lost his car keys and I found this place online. It says a technician and 24/7 service can be to you in 30 minutes. When we called about 20 or 30 minutes before, guess if they told us they'd be available....in the morning!!!! What happened to 24 hr support and 30 minutes? I think it's ridiculous that a company would advertise a service that they can't fulfill. False advertisement. Thanks Chicago Car Keys for nothing. I would have, if I could have given zero stars.
The company, Shay's owner, apologized and contacted me concerning the situation. I totally appreciated that he discussed exactly what the issue was found a way to resolve it and reached out to me. If I am ever in need of a locksmith , I would feel comfortable calling Car Keys for service. Thanks Shay!
