When I brought a home I utilized Daves locksmith services. David was shipped out and gave excellent service to me even though we had some issues due to my phone not having service. He came out the night and change all the locks for me. He was fast be due to the period of night and my 1 year. For those who want you so 14, I would recommend him
I recently moved to a new house and needed a door knob rekeyed and aid installing a lock that was wise. Itamar was knowledgeable and patient throughout the procedure, even when we ran into a sudden issue with the wise lock which the solution was found by Itamar. Costs were reasonable and the job was done well.
Itamar came from Rockville to Arlington at 8 am on a Sunday. He answered the telephone promptly, picked my lock in under five minutes, charged me than all the regional locksmiths quoted, and disassembled my lock and showed me problems that I did not even know existed (free of charge). On top of this, he sternly demanded to see proof of residence, which I appreciate as part of the community.
Customer support does not get better than that.

In spite of the disingenuous pricing structure (most automobile mechanics inflate part prices to make their margins these days too), the grand total came into likely what any other regional locksmith could have billed for the identical service. I call them in an emergency.
My only complaint is their pricing structure. The tech claimed that the sole labor they charge is for rekeying the guards, which seemed entirely too good to be true. It's. Everything, like the locks themselves, will be"a lock," meaning every person knob and deadbolt, meaning they will charge you $140 in"components" to get a $33 US Lock knob and bolt collection, and then another per lock rekeying fee which depends on how many matching locks that the tech happens to have within their truck (he didn't really know how many matching locks he had until the job was done).
I attempted to update the locks in my new residence and made a mess of it (do NOT purchase Kwikset's"Smartkey" locks - they neglect through rekey about 25% of the period and eventually become completely inoperable with ANY key). I wanted a locksmith to redo the whole home. Dave picked up the phone when I called and his tech Sam called me soon once I gave my info to Dave. Sam also did a fantastic job, was friendly, and was able to make it the day.
I never see such service such as that in my life.

My family and I were seeing in Washington DC and my car stops next to Museum I had been so to get in that I forgot my key within the ignition I did not know what to do.
We had locked ourselves and he arrived within 25 min of calling. He was quite professional and friendly. He was able to get us in our car in cost about $160, and 5 min.
Very fast support. He arrived in 20 mins, when I was locked outside. I was in my house 10mins later. Reasonable rates. Honest support.
