Dependable Locksmith

I called a list of this and locksmiths was THE ONLY ONE that can provide me a price. They were professional, fast, and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE BEST PRICED. We had come outside and that he was fantastic. Won't ever use anyone else.

I called them today to do a rekey for my 3 locks that are size locks that were condominium. They said it'd be 19$ per rekey.
I purchased the 10$ for 20$ bargain on Yelp. The locksmith comes out to my condominium and says it's going to be 35. What a ripoff attempting to overcharge me for rekeys. I shipped him away righ there and then. Don't use this company.

Tonight my key broke and I could not start my car and I predicted Dependable locksmiths. When they state flat rates it is signifies RATES. Nothing beats on the price and the service! Frankie gave great service and got my car back! Will definitely know who tho call next time I need assistance with my keys. Thank you Frankie!

They showed up 20 minutes after I called them at 8 am. They took care of me. 1 issues I called them back was within minutes at my home. They are used by Can from here

This firm saved my ** and quickly!!! While:-LRB- ran I locked my keys in my truck. Dependable answered the telephone and shipped out Frankie, who came. When I wreck I will definitely keep this company.

They have been very fast in getting to office to fix the door. It took approximately 20 minutes for arrival. The technician was able to receive door open and functioning. He was quite friendly.

Moved from another state and managed to lock myself out of my house. These men came out quickly and were quite friendly support. Highly recommend!

BEWARE!!! Before scheduling this business to locks for my 16, wish I'd seen FB posts. They offered $19 per lock (that I investigated and found to be a fairly standard rate), but if the tech arrived that he gave her a song and dance about 6 pin cylinders and billed $45 per lock (which I also researched and shown to be hogwash). Cost was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYthey're unscrupulous and take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Feel really bad about having such a bad outcome and trying to help out someone.

I phoned them 3:45, did not give me an arrival time. Called back for an ETA. After a hour nothing. Finally the technician calls me and says he will be at my house at 30 to 40 minutes. Because his computer was busted Subsequently called me saying he was not coming! I depended for me a secret so I had transport the following day and they let me know at night at 8 o'clock that they aren't coming. Certainly don't recommend trusting this business.

Tonight, as I was in a hurry to head out, I locked myself from my home. I had dinner plans and I phoned about coming out to get me back in, Dependable to see. I was told that I would receive a call back in 10 minutes and in no time I had a call from Frankie. He let me know he could be but because I was at dinner I asked if I could match him. He said to give him a call to give him a heads up. I phoned him back as I was being dropped off out of dinner and he was there. Regardless of his day, he was friendly and professional. He had me back. Like I never had them altered once I transferred in, I'd him rekey the locks. Because I was curious about them, I asked him about locks and he advised they do them. Dependable had support and was reasonable in pricing. If/when I receive the lock that is smart, I'll call them. I hope to never have this scenario but when I do, my call is going to be to Dependable Locksmith.

BEWARE!!! Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I was told for my car when the service was completed I was charged $225 and there are a flat rate of $120. I let that go since the service was completed and that I thought we'd be accomplished there. NOPE! The next day my neighbor shows me he can unlock my automobile vehicle with HIS car key!! I asked what can they do to repair it and why it happened and called back. Obviously I needed them to come out as soon as possible to get this corrected because not only myself but my neighbor was concerned as well. It took them to come outside and"reprogram" the key. I was annoyed at that point but I decided to let it move AGAIN since I thought we'd be achieved at that point. NOPE, then a few days after my key was"reprogrammed" MY VEHICLE WAS STOLEN with the original key that was lost after I was TOLD that key would no longer function. I called the company and asked to speak with a manager in regards. I BLOCKED from contacting them and was hung up on. I contacted the police to escort me to speak with the manager and was fed up. After the police arrived the address on the website did not belong to the company. Obviously we couldn't contact them and couldn't track down the actual business address of this company. The sole reason I put one star is because I needed to otherwise there could be none! I'm planning on contacting the better business bureau to begin an investigation. PLEASE BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!
