Disappointed. She tells me she'll have I am called by Andrew, he never does.
Now I am hung up on by the company once I call or does not answer.
Locksmith was not able to program key fobs for my vehicle.
I call back the following day, speak to someone new. This time I tell them I want to program a service/ he says he will look into it and sees my document and have someone call me since it's in supervisor file. I advised him since I presumed that was what the hold up was about, that I simply needed a service that I wasn't looking for refund. He told me he would have Andrew contact me.
So I give it about a week and finally call back, the first time I am passed all over the place just looking for a quote on purchasing key from them (since they guarantee their keys). I receive a call back from a technician saying he does not understand why they gave him my phone number since he does not even cope with drive to start automobiles. Naturally after no call back and being passed around I am pissed. I receive a girl on the line that does not even hear me and call back pretty enraged, only keeps repeating that they don't give blessings over and over and it was not even what I was asking for. I didn't want a refund, to come in to have it programmed and simply to order an integral fob. Instead it turned into a ordeal.
I call again yesterday and the girl was the same one I'd spoken to who proceeds to get nasty and condescending with me and says"we had a lengthy conversation about this the other day". I try explaining to her that she never had Andrew call like she maintained and I wanted to do was program a service. She wanted to charge another charge. I advised her I didn't want to cover the additional code charge as Andrew told me provided I had the invoice using all the code I already paid for and introduced in the keys myself he would do it. The code consists of the invoice. She then shouts into the phone"that you can just cover the $200" and pops up. Mind you I've already paid them $220 for your first trip where they had been not able to program my keys.
I believe that this company is really a scam. I tried to come in person and it's only an office in a desolate company building.
It is not that I sensed I am entitled to something at no cost. It is that a technician made a promise and didn't follow through. The company then tried to make up for. Trying to tell me secrets needed recut for my fob when they didn't, then when I informed her dealership themselves informed new ones didn't need to be cut she maintained the cost was to get the code and that my keys were cut. The code her own technician advised and wrote on my receipt could be reused. Her reasoning for the additional fee shifted between phone calls. I advised her I would arrive in myself so I was not making someone. Since they had my own money they didn't want to use me. She tried to blame me stating I purchased my keys from amazon I have found the reception. So I will be taking these guys!
According the technician I'd, my dealership sold me keys that are used and was advised by Andrew when I got the keys and pulled them in to him he would reprogram them at no cost for me since he felt awful.
I called the first time and was advised by a girl that he was out of town and could call me that Sunday- .
It is never a day when you lock your keys in your vehicle. Especially when that is where car seats and your handbag, diapers are. I called a TON of places and the prices were so crazy all over the place, I had people say"I will be there in 30," and 2 hours later no one comes still. I got in touch with Phillip and if he said"25 minutes" I didn't believe him. He showed up in 20 minutes, super polite, efficient and fast. He was very professional, and kind. He explained everything to me and was done 5 minutes. I will use him later on for any solutions I want.
Over the weekend misplaced my car keys, so as a customer I sought the assistance of a locksmith. I gave a call to you and came across your company. A technician named adam was delivered to my house we agreed upon a cost of $220 for 1 key and a key fob, after 45mins he came to my door and said" I cant do the task for the agreed cost, it is going to cost more then a realized." was skeptical. Having a unlocked truck and no secret I chose to visit the dealership with my vin number and have a key. Came with it when I returned to my truck when I stick as hauled it out the ignition. Nobody touched the ignition following your tech, so obviously I called him back to my house to" complete the job he began". Then he came to my house to bill me $250 to fix his error as a customer you may see why I may be upset that the be billed for a service that wasn't completed properly he destroyed my ignition and did not make me a secret, he has offered to fix the ignition to get a cost which I believe is unjust because when this processed began the ignition was 100% nice that was the performing of your tech. If I allow your tech fix the ignition there'll be a secret, most probable that key won't work for door locks, so if that's the situation WHY would want two keys when I needed ONE key at the onset of the headache. Now allows also remember I went to the dealership and paid to have a key created, if your tech replaces the ignition and door locks ( because I don't need 2 keys I just need 1) then your tech has cost me for that key because it would for those replacement parts he is offering. The main point is I need my automobile to have a ignition with a single key for no hassle and ignition and door locks. I am not searching for any problems I would hate to need to bring my case to the attorney generals office, as a stated in the beginning I was a customer seeking a service you advertised to supplied and your tech appeared to have made matters worse and much more costly for me personally and your company.

David did a great job helping me. He was rather fast polite and professional. He rescued us from the heat!

Luis out of Tucson arrived and did an excellent job very quickly. Would recommend using for many locksmith needs.
