I was locked out of my flat (something that has never occurred to me). I asked my neighbor to help me call a locksmith. From the moment we provided service and called Steve. He explained the price, arrived when he said he'd (in 15 mins). After he arrived he kept to his price (unlike other services who may have up'd the price when they got there). It was service.

I locked myself outside of my flat and Steve was in my location within 15 minutes of me calling him. Very reasonable price also. What might have been an extremely stressful situation ended up being a very experience. Thank you Steve!!!

Steve at Eagle Lock and Key is a Man that is Fantastic! He is fair, reasonably priced and forthright. There aren't any surprises and he is very service oriented! An appointment is made by him and he shows up. My buzzer was fixed by him a week and was polite, courteous and I'd use him again and again. Amazing . Thank you

I should have solicited quotations. Eagle Locksmith appears to be a lot more expensive. Emerson lent me $20 to change the locks each on two apartment doors. Eagle charged me $48 for each. Emerson lent me $3.50 for each key. Eagle charged me 15. Emerson lent me $60 for the service call. Me $65 charged. Next time, I will do my homework beforehand. See attached invoice.

Had a short-notice, circumstance that is crucial that is missing. Steve was able to meet with me 10 minutes later I called. The lock was started by him in less than 60 seconds. Terrific service!

I have locked , Steve came in 15 minutes and fixed everything for me. New lock fits the deadbolt that is old and I can get in my house! There came A distinct locksmith and messed everything up. Steve took his job seriously.

I dropped the key. Steve gave the very best price and I called around and was able to come back instantly. I appreciate his professionalism and I highly recommend him.

Use them IF you do not mind being price-gouged and cheated. For 2 locks which simply needed shifting (I provided the locks), he gave a high estimate (claiming $65 service fee, which shouldn't be added IF you employ them) of $250. Then he kept blaming preceding lock installer as making bizarre hole (it seemed normal round for the existing lock, being replaced as old and more difficult to start with essential ). We reluctantly agreed to the price (similar job in another place was 120 ) as he had been there already. He explained it will be enlarged by him and the door jamb opening was somewhat small. He did so in one moment using a drill with a ball bearing that is rough. After all done, he raised the price to $285 ($35 extra for the supposed increase in hole size. No previous authorization asked about the price increase, regardless of us asking him a few times in the beginning he will not increase it and that $250 will be the shirts and he had agreed not to do so to get a straight forward procedure. That was a ruse to increase his price as he saw an opportunity was a fine tuning of the hole as I watched from far, like sanding. This 35 growth was never told to us. Please be a wise shopper and ask for pries until you call individuals. Very dishonest. Beware, unless you have money to throw about.

I locked myself out on xmas eve. That is correct. Sigh... I discovered this company on Yelp and once I predicted, Steve answered. I"m grateful that Steve was accessible and able to reach me in 10 minutes and let me in to my home. If you are locked out. Call him - he's the real thing.

Wonderful support!! Steve showed up to my home in less than 30 minutes, replied to my request straight away and opened my closet that was secured away. He was very informative and helpful

Amazing response time and support to a position that is stressful. My dog walker obtained himself (along with my dog!) At a bind once the key broke off in my deadbolt that is very temperamental. A cool head and fast look for 24/7 locksmiths brought Steve to the rescue although I could have panicked not being on site. He took care while explaining to my building manager how the lock was bad and required replacement of removing the essential and came in record time. Didn't even mind after hours fees knowing that my puppy was secure and Managed to cover the telephone and cool inside!

Fast, honest, friendly and fair. You can not ask for more. Had a door crisis and Steve was kind enough to come out in the evening within 30 mins and had the problem fixed in 10 mins! He saved the day! Highly recommend! Thank you!
