Jacob arrived to unlock both my security door Once I locked myself from my home and he was terrific! He arrived at 10 minutes and was able to get all 3 locks (one which is upside down) unlocked with no issues. I highly recommend him!

RIP OFF: I suggest you find another locksmith!! My brother desperately and locked his keys inside his car called this business before one of us and they charged him $100!!!!!!!! He just trusted this business who ripped him off and did not know what to do in that situation! She wanted to find out what they'd tell her, although my mother called them and asked for a quote they stated $75; that is absurd. I'm sure they just saw a how distressed and youthful my little brother determined that he was the perfect candidate to tear!!!! off was HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND HORRIBLE COMPANY

Don't waste. I made that mistake earlier in the day and nearly got totally ripped off.
Extremely nice and a joy to talk to. He said he would be at my house in 20 minutes, and he had been here in exactly 20 minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing and was friendly.
The price was very affordable and I didn't feel as though I was getting ripped off.
My door frame was somewhat offset, and he also took the time.
He answered all my questions completely. He didn't make feel stupid for losing my key.
Like I said he had been punctual and knowledgeable of exactly what he had been doing. Lastly he was super fast ( A true Professional!) .
The Lock Butler is house, or your thing to do if you ever get locked out of your car.
He didn't need to do so, but he did"WOW" that is true customer service!
I dropped the key to my own garage door months ago and didn't really need to go into the door until the holidays so as to decorate my house.

The Lock Butler provides top-notch service and doesn't BS you. I had a mad weekend with car trouble and so many people were not offered, once I finally got to the point of calling a locksmith. I should have called Mendel straightaway. He is efficient, quick and offers great advice. Oh yeah, and he is affordable. This is some of the best service I've ever had, we lost the only key to our car I called him and they had been out here in half an hour and had a secret made in 10 minutes. Very good prices too! They are suggested by me!

RIP OFF ALERT If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. Customer service experience I've ever encountered. As they promise fee is not refunded by them and the owner said he would return my money due to the miscommunication. He dodge of my calls and after he finally answered he explained he did not understand who I was. So I basically paid $100 for services I did not 20, no services were done with on my vehicle. I have proof of the rip off and it has been reported to higher jurisdiction thanks a lot for not returning my $100 which will cost you in business and other penalties.

Had been locked with my minutes out of my Jeep Mendel had us back in. Arizona heat is brutal and you also can't wait around for hours to find assistance. What a fantastic man, would recommend him to anybody!

Lifesavers . My key fell apart. The key's housing shattered and has been missing. The dealership wanted programming labor and 550 $ for keys. I tried home depot wasted money and time but it had a hidden Chip within the key. I thought it was impossible until I saw all the things locksmiths are able to do and come back to you! It was amazing they came out in about 2 hrs. Moor was his name. He explained He copied the key, everything throughly, reprogrammed and got my car running . So relieving! It was 300 and they carry cards. It required approximately 30 more minutes and my car has been back to usual. I can not enjoy this service enough so fast and made me feel much better!

*WOW* Is. Mendel went over an outside to be useful. He took good care of my lockout in seconds flat spent extra time making sure that I was totally happy with locks and my rekey. All that on a Saturday night when he could've been out having fun or playing with his pup in the home. I will recommend without any hesitation to others!

Untimely, untrustworthy, not competent. Told me they'd be there between 3:30 and 4:30. At 3:30 they said they were in their way. At 4:30 they said they were 15 minutes away. Arrived after 5. Automobile needed a ignition lock cylinder - . I didn't require new keys, I had a cylinder that is faulty. They claimed they could not find one. I found one in the very first place I predicted.

Friendly, got the job done. I will be using this should I lose my keys in the future.
