Update: I just received a call that said they didn't possess a locksmith in my place and I would want to find another (after canceling and 1 hour later). This could not have been customer service.
This morning, I phoned for emergency service and was told within a couple of minutes I would be given a call from a technician to supply a ETA. The technician didn't call, and when I called back 20 minutes later they said they'd have them call right away. The following 20 minutes and they said the exact same thing. Again no telephone. I ended up needing to call another service. Terrible in an already frustrating circumstance.
