Do not ever apply these guys! I thought the testimonials were more than exaggerations and they could not be bad. BUT THEY ARE!
So the ignition expired in my vehicle. However, I did not understand that at the time, I simply thought my key was broken and a new one was wanted by me. When he talked was didn't look at me. He utilized the trunks lock to produce a mold for the new key (I have no idea if removing the whole lock is normal protocol, but that's exactly what he did). He put back the lock and gave me the secret.
I really don't use my trunk much so that it took me a while to notice it wont start. It will open with the key or using the latch on the interior. It hasn't opened since November of 2016. Seriously protect yourselves and move ANYWHERE else.

Quoted over the telephone $15 call out, will be about $50 but they reinforced when he sees the situation, the technician on site gets to make the phone. He turns up, $19 call out fee and wants $150 + tax to open labour + materials the door and gear. This was beyond a joke although I know 24 hour lock smiths are unethical. I told him to get back into his truck and depart I will find another way in, he drops the cost to $100, I tell him to go, so he says that will include tax and also the call. Begrudgingly I concur and he pops the door in about 1 minute using a screw driver.... So I am at the flat and he says that has been the money cost. I say take my card and debit card the $100 or I will call the cops. He texts the amount to somebody one his telephone and that I get double billed.
These men are essentially 24/7 locksmiths working under a name that is new, read their reviews and never ever ever use the people. Totally unprofessional, and scam artists.

He agrees to take action for 60.00 because iam digging through my mails for the receipt, still not under quoting. Wow. Additionally says 10/15 minutes from call time to your vehicle, nope 45 minutes.
