I didn't use their Support, but let me share an example of their honesty:He did not have to tell me about the option that is more affordable; and he did not have to tell me that I could probably put on a deadbolt myself. However he did. I appreciate the honesty and I can give him a call if I really do have a problem installing. I trust you get reviews!
I have a lock and have lost the key. I called to see just how much it would cost and if they can re-key the lock. The man told me that the price tag, but also told me it would be cheaper to simply buy a new lock and put in it. I then asked him just how much that will cost and that he gave me a price tag, but explained it's pretty simple and I could probably do it .
