Service was fast. . Just took about 20 minutes to unlock. So everything was made by him quickly, was a very cold
First there was a language barrier. I had difficulty understanding and making myself known to the person I spoke with on the telephone, and the people who arrived to install. When they got here from what had been quoted to me on the 22, they attempted to upcharge me. Firm stood on that and they backed off to the upcharge. All I had was a deadbolt installed along with my standard doorknob assembly. Somehow I suddenly realized they were substituting my doorknob with just a deadbolt! Yup, no doorknob on my front door - just a deadbolt! Anyone in their right mind would know that is not exactly what anybody would want. They then wanted to charge the original quote. So we told them to put everything back how it was and'm finding somebody!
BE WARNED!!!! I had a key fob and also for this to be programmed. The local dealership gave me a price of $220. I called that locksmith, also decided to attempt to find a cheaper alternative. I told them the specific year, make, and model of vehicle in addition to exactly what the key fob looked like. The representative on the phone gave me an estimate of about $145. I set an appointment for them to meet me. They called in around 2:45 and said they'd be there in one hour and a half. Things happen, but not really okay. The gentleman said he would leave the job he was on and come outside to take care of me (coping just a little bit of an attitude). He came after 3:00. If you believe that you are going to save some of your hard earned cash using this service over visiting the dealership - FORGET ABOUT IT. Go to the dealership and have less hassle OR FIND ANOTHER MORE REPUTABLE LOCKSMITH, for the price. I am sure they are out there, but this SWITCH & BAIT company isn't 1 of them.
