Rob was the service today. He called to say he was on the way, and he made here much faster than the first estimated arrival time. He was simple to talk to, and was spoken himself. He also had good advice about what to replace and with what equipment. He kept me informed the whole way through, and worked well and fast. Great guy.
That is my encounter with this firm. Now got the locks in my house. The very first time was a vital extraction on my automobile (after someone attempted to break into it). In both instances the service was excellent.
Locksmiths are costly - period. That's just the way it is. If you're going to cover, then you should have service with a smile.

I ordered the key and went back. A different employee informed me that their policy changed and will no more cut keys purchased off the internet. I told him that I was in there a couple weeks ago and ordered the key based on their recommendation. He informed me that it was poor, but that their coverage changed and wouldn't take action. They did not appear that I am out the money for the key or to care for me as a client whatsoever.
I wouldn't have done it, if they had not recommended to me to purchase it on line.
Went to have a key made for my Prius and spoke to a worker. He explained they don't have it in their order book and that they don't have the blank but should I purchase a blank key off the world wide web and it would cut and program it.

I moved into a new house and wanted to have each the locks re-keyed to fit. I called and talked with a customer support representative who was very personable and helpful. The service tech Kyle was awesome. Really professional. I added a keyless lock to my doorway. Kyle explained the way the lock worked and made certain I so was very comfortable. Great company, fantastic values and that I would highly recommend them.

I walked out of this place till I tried using my car key just to possess the key shut and all the buttons programed for the wrong thing. Ie: the unlock button locks the car, the lock button unlocks the car, the back sets off my car alarm and my car alarm opens my back. Additionally, I was finally able to find the key to open up after being glued shut (pink tacky glue) just to have it permanently stuck open. I won't come back to this company to get any keys. I guess.

I will give the place anther attempt when I require a secret or something simple but if that doesn't work out I will go to someplace else.
I have used Liberty for many years and never had a issue with them. However, last week I waited for many minutes for help and moved to buy a safe that was large. A woman came over and showed me safes. She spent all of two minutes and explained she had to go. After waiting for a while I went to buy a safe and left.

I called first and managed to confirm that they could provide me with a key to get a file cabinet (wanted a back up). I introduced in my first and I was made a duplicate key by the lady. I was happy to see that they also had a container full of plastic rings that slip round the head of keys in an range of colors and sizes (that I was searching for them in specific colors that they provided ). I managed to get the rings and my key within minutes and for a reasonable price.

Needed to replicate keys vehicle. 1 locksmith failed to generate quality keys and another turned the job down. Stanley took there time found the ideal made the secrets and blanks.

I booked an appointment. The tech was efficient and courteous.
Prompt, courteous and professional. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to take some time to explain the mechanics, pros and cons of the locks.

62 dollars trip charge and 24 bucks. 86 bucks flat.
What's the deal with two stars?
I had been told it is going to be approximately 50 - 60 bucks by the dispatcher Steve. I wasn't told that is the trip charge. Just a terrible taste.... That's all.
Then comes the charging time.
So you have a choice: pay half, pay additional for the truth and danger being told lies. I mean my lock better breaks tell me it has to be rekeyed.
He explained that those advertised for break the lock and 35 bucks tend to emerge, inform you it has to be rekeyed.
I had been billed the exact minimal because I'm right next door to them.
Fantastic guy. Fast service also. It took twenty five minutes to start my door that was locked.
It took to show up.

I have used this place ever since I moved to Vegas. They are very efficient at what they do and are the very best! Great company with fantastic employees!

Call the Business as one of Those cars was my way in a parking lot and the Guy I Talked to you over the phone claim to be the owner and was the Largest prick over the Telephone You Could ever talk to if he Is really the owner of this business Won't Be running for very long

I went to look at the safes after my doctor appointment. I realized that I needed some keys made, while I was there.
I will never go back... Never... I dont know if they had been rude because I had been ill and that I looked like crap or every employee was having a bad day butI purchased a wonderful safe somewhere else. It cost less and also the service was fantastic.
These people are so I came into contact with 4 employes all rude. The guy making our keys was actually tapping on his hand as my daughter took a few moments to select out a secret. He looked like he was going to have a fit.

The customer support I have experienced here has been great so far, although I can't speak much on their general security services. We have been meaning to copy a key in a locksmith (Home Depot can't do this particular key), when lo and behold, as we're pulling out of Orchid Gardens on the way to Meadows Mall, we see that the locksmith signal. I can't recall the name but he replicated our key quickly and for a price. We also asked about changing the locks of our home and he broke down pricing, potential lock choices, and provided us the telephone of the people who handle the preparation of the services. He didn't make us feel dumb for asking questions. There were also lots of other individuals in the shop looking at their safes.

They did my High Security locks in Country Club Towers Penthouse #1 back in 1999, Installed my safe at my salon and replaced all my doors locks at my new Home The Fleur De Lys Manor in 2015. Saw good reviews and bad reviews didn't know what to expect. They said that the secret had a chip in it although I'd gone into Home Depot to get a replacement for the Nissan and they couldn't do it. Stanley was recommended by them.
The replacement key worked the key and fine worked before because the man noticed so that he filed it down for free, it had been sort of rough moving into the keyhole.
I am quite pleased by the support and the outcomes. All those keys with chips in them are priced, I have found.
I had no troubles whatsoever. Find a code and the man had to run out into the vehicle, run back into the computer and find a different code and run back out and enter it into the car more. It was done fairly fast.

Additionally, I had them cut some blanks for my wife's Honda Odyssey past year (she dropped very expensive key and fob). They had the machine to plan the key to the automobile and the price was less than the dealership. I purchased the blanks on eBay not realizing Stanley had them in stock for basically the same price.
The owner should update his Yelp page - they have change their title to Stanley Security Solutions. This is the only place I go to have keys. Went to have keys. They had the right sterile in stock it was only 5 per key. Additionally, I took in an obscure little essential for a luggage box that they could copy. These guys also have a fantastic selection of very high-end gun safes.

Should you need an integral cut, come here. Don't waste time elsewhere, they're able to do some type that is essential and they do it fast and for a minimal price. Great Support

Wonderful customer service! Lost filing cabinet key. Thought I'd need to have locksmith come to cut or pick lock out. I emailed photo of lock into Manager, Stanley & called me w/in an hour & offered to create key based on number from lock photograph. Very fair - they might have sent someone to my house and charged me for a service call... they didn't do this... They solved my own problem quickly at very reasonable price! Supervisor emailed me asking if key worked. I do see this level of customer service.

I had an appt ointment set up for 4 and between two and waited until 5. No display. The answering service was in my opinion rude and I call and said I am the one that talked to you and told you there would be a 15 minute direct. I do not remember her saying this. Second what exactly does that mean. I didn't realize since I gave them more detailed information including the gate code so that I did not have my phone by me to get in, someone would be calling ne prior. If you use this business be sure to remember they are going to give you a fifteen minute direct.

We were not greeted throughout the 5 minutes while the salesmen were on the other side of the counter on their cellphones, so we walked out we browsed the store. Costs of safes'available' were crazy.
