Texas Premier Locksmith

Called 3 different locksmiths saying I needed a lock rekeyed over the hour, 2 said no way and Texas Premier showed up in 50 min.
As you will notice I do lots of reviews on this and not all them are happy ones, but this is because they"say what things to do, and do what they say" (and on time). Purchase with impunity with this company, and because I always say on here"vote with your money" and these guy's get a terrific big"YES VOTE" out of me.
Technology was really professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Was AWESOME!! He had been here and fixed a multitude of problems. He was incredibly honest and super proficient about the problems encountered. I truly appreciate his help!

Backstory: This is my review. I would suggest this locksmith, although I am glad that the company owner contacted me after viewing my inspection in an attempt to correct his wrong. This inspection would be positive, if they had their routine locksmith, however the way in which the company owner managed this was subpar customer support, and I am still disappointed. I feel like $ 80 is a lot for my expertise, although I realize I must pay for the services rendered. There are different companies which you could find through that Yelp that provide clear pricing lower than that, and had I known Texas Premier would tear off me I would have known one of those other companies.
Business owner contacts . He says he saw my critique on Yelp and that"customer support is very important for him". His routine locksmith was off now so that they had to outsource the occupation (uh, which should not double your price...) and that usually their average price is $70, and he says that I wish to create this appropriate... So he offers me that I pay $95 ("regular price"). I was bawling on the phone I am a college student and because I had been taken advantage of hardcore. But he wants me to pay price after making me wait a very long time and hella overcharging me? I had to haggle him down to $80 (still over the typical price, after all that they'd set me through!?) .
Got locked out of my car, called this locksmith, they gave me a price of $55+ and a 15 minute wait. They made me wait more than one hour charged me $146 (prior to the locksmith even saw my car, however, the company gave me the excuse which Volkswagens are more difficult to get in to, hence the cost ). The locksmith unlocked my car fast and then took 10 minutes to process my credit cardwhich had been frustrating too because I only wanted to go home. Since obviously I was sterile, I posted a one star Yelp review. $146 is a whole lot greater than just $55, and one hour is four times 15 minutes.

Responded excellent service, reasonably priced, would definitely use again! Happy and locked my keys I didn't have to wait because it's cold out and I was tired from a long day on the job! Will recommend to family and friends!
