Lesley (business owner) came out to rekey all my locks on my new home. House had one owner but before I was worried about who would have a key to the house. The lockset on my front door dropped. Leslie located a replacement part online Lowe's for me and talked me through the repair via text and also on the telephone. I don't know if that's the business model that is best, but it saved me some money. I will definitely call Valley Lock and Key again when I need actual locksmith work.
Lesley Reilly (biz-owner) came into my house to rekey the mad melange of locks from varying producers so that one key could operate on all the locks on the house.

Valley Lock & Key was so friendly, efficient and quick! It would just be 15 minutes to get to my home, after calling I was told by them, and they offered a fair price. They opened my home door (deadbolts included) in less that 10 minutes, once I lost my key the previous night! I would suggest to anyone in need of a locksmith and was quite pleased. Lesley is wonderful! We were locked out of an atmosphere bnb in the freezing cold and called Lesley. She was willing to push over an hour just because she needed to help us out and got up immediately. So helpful and such a wonderful person!!
