This is actually the second time I've used this company and the two times their support was great. Messaged through yelp and had a technician scheduled in 10 minutes to come out same day. I think I talked with Shon and he couldn't have been more helpful. Gave me a call when the technician was 20 minutes out.
We had a lock that has been sticking and difficult to turn because of a poor installation by the last homeowners. Edin was the technician that came on time and got the door working even though it turned out to be a repair that is more involved than I had initially described on the telephone.
Really friendly and respectful of the home. Should I want a locksmith later on will use again.

Well it has been a year and my key broke in the timing that is humorous to say the least.

I phoned Locksmith 775 on 6/25/2018 at the afternoon: Ben replied the phone; I instantly began inquiring about buying commercial, high-security locks for my home which Ben immediately confirmed he can dictate and have the high-security, manage locks in his store located in RENO, NEVADA from 6/26/2018~WOW-PHENOMENAL!!!!! I instantly place a appointment meeting Ben in 1:00 PM!
I need what I need: I want THE BEST commercial-grade, high-security deadbolts for my home... Price is not an issuenevertheless, maintaining my home safe from burglaries is immanently key; additionally, due to the fact I have purchased the commercial-grade, high-security, door locks in the SF Bay Area Locksmith and today, buying the new commercial-grade, high-security manage, door locks from Locksmith 775, aka, Ben, my home insurance premium has drastically diminished by HUNDREDS of dollars and moreover, my existing home insurance premium will further decrease because of my current high-security locks I purchased from Ben!
I egregiously, arduously continued looking for over a YEAR to get a locksmith inside the NINE, SF Bay Area Counties PLUS, Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties who can physically sell the high-security manage locks I needed fitting the present door handles installed from the construction contractor who completed building my new home in July 2017!
Eureka~I found Locksmith 775 in RENO, NEVADA~YAY!!!!! WHAT? RENO, NEVADA? Are you INSANE???? NOPE~I know what I need and I will buy what I need
FYI: My house was set up with high-security locks I purchased in Spring 2017 in the SF Bay Area; furthermore, the high-security deadbolts were installed Outlock Locksmith via Folsom CA Fall 2017, by Eli, after closing escrow. On the other hand, the conundrum was the locksmith situated in SF Bay Area, sadly and disappointingly, does not sell the nickel, high-security, manage locks for my new house I desperately wanted...
What an excruciating hunt during NorCal and The State Of Nevada looking for a locksmith selling the high-security locks I desperately wanted: I am not the sort of person just being fulfilled buying low-graded security,"3 or 4", door locks in the"big box stores" deemed as mediocre,"toy" locks squandering my hard-earned cash!
Wow~I am in disbelief and sheer awe: Incredibly, I scoured high-security, commercial locksmiths via YELP's! Posts from SF Bay Area, Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado Counties for well over a year; it was critical searching for an extremely reputable locksmith who will not allow someone walking to the locksmith's store duplicating an high-security key (The incompetent locksmith situated near Sacramento's Natomas District said he'd duplicate the keys stamped,"DO NOT DUPLICATE"~hint-hint=BOZO will undoubtedly lose his CA locksmith permit!) Ironically, I had no choice but, hunt YELP!

After buying the three, PRECIOUS (I really do mean what I say after hunting for over a YEAR), commercial-grade, high-security door handle locks from Ben, I instantly commissioned Ben altering the glove box lock to my truck! Now, not only is my home buttoned up, the entire locking system of my truck has been completed!

Service is cheaper before John and 6:30 pm was quite upfront about that. No hidden fees and service and quality work.
I asked a quotation and also got a call back. They were quite friendly and got to my house (stupid me locked myself out in my own driveway) in just 20 min! My Nissan was quite easy to enter, it just needed leverage pumped into crack the door open, or so the job was completed.

I arrived at my location in Reno night to locate my August electronically locking system wouldn't let me in to my 25, . I had to call a locksmith and that I was hoping to wait indefinitely and cover a massive fee. My experience was quite the opposite. He showed up at my location in under 10 minutes and quickly unlocked my door and let me in my property. I expected to get a bill and it had been. I have them on speed dial in case this happens again. I would highly recommend them.

He explained what he was going to perform, professionally did the work, and went above and beyond (keys, locks, deadbolts, and much more). He inquired when I then went into guarantee info and had questions.

I had come out to my home to make a key for a car that needed a computer chip. Shawn has been right and is super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We'll be using locksmith 775 going for all my workplace and home lock and key demands.
This was on a Sunday when a lot of other locksmiths were promoted is closed. Very impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.

I discovered it quite professional of him to ask me to bring together documentation for evidence I was the homeowner. When I asked him how I need to pay he said he'd prefer cash, obviously. On my way to the home after work, rushing over everything trying going on in my life before distraught and 5:00 traffic, I made a friendly pit-stop at the ATM to receive his cash. Not believing on trying to create it there on time, so focused, I totally left my $100 in the ATM and drove away!!! So I ended up paying for the locksmith by credit card and I have a claim for this matter pending with Wells Fargo:-LRB- GRRRR!!! I wanted to cry!
I arrived at the home promptly and he was not there. Waiting and waiting - twenty five minutes goes by and I decide to call him, he says he's on his way and shows up at 5:30. I told the locksmith what happened at the ATM while getting his money and he was concerned about it. He said the job would take 10 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour since there were issues with the front door once I went to test them until I paid, and the keys did not work, obviously! He got the job done and gave me three keys total. I would use him again and I was happy with him and recommend him to other people.
A first time home buyer, I had a locksmith to alter two deadbolts on my home the day I was moving in on a Friday evening. Before locating Locksmith 775 I called four or three companies for quotes. He was the very friendliest and sane man I spoke to over the phone so I"locked" him in for five o'clock daily.

He does automobile keys .
His brother does garage doors so all around great people.
What a wonderful experience. Ben set up so that I can open my door from a 26, an automatic door lock that will be added to my ADT and was very professional. I would highly recommend him for any lock needs.
