Lock Stop and Key

He had been so useful I called him to telephone the keyless entry system to be installed in key by him. When he was here he was able to create me a key for my shed although I did not have the key. He can also do the replacement that is going to be the next thing I will do with him of fob Karky.
Josh is fantastic. I will definitely use his services again. The very first time I called him he advised me on the telephone.

We moved to Santa Rosa 3 weeks ago and called Lock Stop and Key to have our locks. We set an appointment for Friday. Tyler came at 9:50 and introduced himself and proceeded to work. From 10:30 he made 5 copies of our new key and had rekeyed 3 locks. We very much appreciated

First time rekeying some locks and that I was really impressed with the pace of them replying, simplicity of establishing a suitable appointment, and rate of service. He was very knowledgeable and explained why some of the guards were expensive as he had to substitute some of them since they were old and made locks. It was cheaper and simpler then me replacing them myself. They are highly recommended by me.

Tyler was amazing professional, like he said he'd, before he came over called, was on time, worked. The locks operate, the keys operate, and it all went as planned. This was quicker and more economical than I imagined. The estimate I was given by them on Yelp met with my expectations and was accurate. No bs. No hassle. I am happy.

After many calls with 5 distinct locksmiths of which two never called me back, even after I gave the dispatcher a telephone to let them know....all good though because I spoke with Josh and he gave me a quote and advised me it would take 2-3 hours.
I will be a customer with his firm!
This was the very best service, with friendly person, who did exactly what he said he would do, when he said it could be done.
He called me back a few of hours later to say everything was finished and my battery was dead, he billed for me. I had and he had to have on the street, but he waited for me.
Call him back when ready to get my car and he explained to look for the key again. I eventually got my car after a great deal of bumps on the highway to him.

Josh advised me for that same day and gave me a quotation. Upon entrance, Josh was efficient, courteous and professional. Everything went just like he said, without any surprises or hidden costs. This was all in the middle of the torrential downpour this year. MY HERO!
Stop, lock and Key to anybody locked from there car or needing a replacement key.

Needed a new ignition switch and key at a motorhome located to Guerneville. He arrived on time, sent a text 15 minute before coming and was $100 cheaper than the other supposedly"economical" locksmith shop I predicted in Santa Rosa. He is friendly but if you are not clear in your request he'll prevent you mid-sentence and ask specifics to describe. I appreciate that! It's not rude it is just getting to the stage! He got the job done quickly and communicated well. He gave me another quote on my 2016 Charger which has been 1/2 price compared to dealer. He offered to save some money if I was able to bring the car to his shop in the afternoon. I'll def be calling him because I trust him, soon even though I reside in San Francisco and his rates are fair.

Joshua was specialist through gaining access to my residence, explaining everything each step along the way. His focus on the client was exceptional in my experience. He is highly recommended by me because of his technical proficiency and client skills! You won't be disappointed In case you have a security need, call him.

Super efficient, direct, and courteous -- I needed an urgent (read: immediate) locksmith job out in Russian River, and he was out there very quickly. He worked on the car for 30 minutes arrived, and was done. He explained that it was that the ignition when I came out to pay and he fixed this issue. On top of that he explained that the key was becoming boring and that he gave us two keys at no cost. He adhered to cost.
Hope I do not need to call an locksmith but if I do I will call lock stop and key .

My key wouldn't turn into the ignition, we attempted pulling on the wheel, tapping the key, practicing a dance round the car but nothing would work.
He managed to fit me earlier, before arriving to make sure he knew what he was getting into, had great communication, and quoted me all the prices depending on the matter.

Friendly man, definitely knowledgeable. The main reason why I'm only giving him 1 Star is since he ended up charging me a different price than that which we had discussed before arriving to our house. Additionally, towards the conclusion of the trade for spending two hours adjusting my locks once he really only spent one full hour at 28, he billed me. During our first conversation we only discussed the price per a fee along with lock for driving out to my house which was also included also in the final charge. The job was performed but did not appreciate the additional what I believe to be a fee. In the conclusion, it turned out to be too pricey.

Josh is the ideal. I had been with my older mom and lost the keys to my rental car(augh) It took us a couple tries but he came thru. He is highly recommended by me.
